Tried to book this unit. Owner replied that it was booked, but that 2 other units were available, one very similar (neither listed on HomeAway) and that I needed to go to an alternative web site (and I would save money). I don't know exactly how, but I did not end up with the similar unit. What I got was a place with no windows that felt like a bunker. Granted, a very nicely furnished bunker. No complaints about the amenities....everything was top notch ( except we could never figure out how to work the tv in the living room). The apt did have skylights....except the one in the bedroom was taped over as there were street lights shining down thru the other sky lights. Laundry facility down one floor, but top notch, although shared. Great location, so you can walk to the best restaurants in town. You get charged $20 a day for a parking pass to a garage a block away, as there is no street parking. 39 steps and two long hall ways to get to our apt from the front of the building.

Owner's Response: We are disappointed to hear that you booked the wrong apartment. I checked and the pictures and descriptions are very prominent when booking. We have now added directories in each apartment that detail everything in and outside of the apartment.....including the operation of the tvs. We are glad that you still had an enjoyable stay.
