The apartment (60m2) has open plan living, dining and kitchen and with separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and 3 steps up from the bedroom you will find the bathroom with rainshower, toilet and washbasin.
Both bedroom and bathroom are decorated with a wink to the twenties, same period the farm was build in.
The living area has comfortable lounge area with television and sofa bed (140x200 cm), dining area has large dining table with direct view to kitchen.
Kitchen is equiped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Also plenty of tableware is available.
The living room features all sorts of vintage furniture from fifties, sixties and eighties. Furniture may vary from the pictures since owners are still restoring more furniture.
You will have your private entrance. Directly from the living room you can access your private terrace and garden.
Although the apartment is self-catering with own entrance, guests will be welcomed by owners who live in the loft apartment in same farmhouse. Guests are welcome to use the other parts of garden, stroll through the vegetable garden and greenhouse. Breakfast is optional and can be provided in refrigerator at additional cost of € 5,-- per person

My name is Rianne and I would really like to welcome you to the farmhouse I grew up in. My husband Jeroen and I purchased the farm in 1993, after living several years in Germany and USA, and we have been renovating ever since. After the children have moved out, we really think the house is to big for the two of us.
We have always dreamed of running a small hotel or bed and breakfast abroad, until we realized we have the perfect house and location right here under our nose.

My grandfather had this farm build in 1924, after he passed away my father took over the farm and my parents had a dairy-farm here for many years. In 1993 my husband and I bought the farm and we have been renovating ever since. The apartment is situated in the original house part of the farm, and we have also converted the barn into a beautiful loft (also for rent). Both loft and apartment have private entrances as well as private terraces and gardens.
The place is just perfect and contains everything that is needed for a good stay. The space is great and very nicely decorated. Property : 10/10. Decoration : 10/10. The place owners are very nice people and a bottle of good wine were waiting for us at our arrival. First time we have seen this in 15 years of vaccation. At any question : the place owners were there giving good advices. The village Woudrichem is absolutely beautiful especially the walk in the old part of the village. At less than 100 meters, you have a bakker , a supermarkt , ... no need to take the car , it's just perfect. The owners can also give you bicycles , the bikeroad is just close to the place. The country side is very nice. From Woudrichem , you can take a boat to go and visit different very nice places ... Definitely , we have been totally satisfied by this place and will for sure come back there.
