This beautiful condo is modern and totally updated with new furnishings and a full kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Located in the heart of North Conway and minutes from Cranmore, Storyland, Downtown North Conway, Settlers Green outlets, Stonehurst Manor, Moathouse, May Kelley's and all the great attractions nearby.
The single level condo is meticulous with a large living room and dining area. A slider opens up to a huge deck with a gas grill and patio table. You will appreciate the three generous bedrooms with comfy queen beds after a day of hiking the trails, swimming in the pool, playing tennis or basketball, rafting on the Saco, or shopping tax-free in the outlet stores.
Visit Storyland, Mt. Washington Auto Road, Cranmore Mountain, Zeb's General Store in the quaint downtown area, golf at the Conway CC and dine in one of the terrific restaurants nearby while taking in the fresh air and mountain views all around you.
There is so much to see and do in the White Mountains and North Conway is the best location for all of it.
We enjoy the pool and the location close to everything. We enjoy going to the restaurants closed by has well has all the outdoor activities (mountains biking, hiking, tennis, swimming, etc.)
Complete kitchen, with everything we needed. I could not make the coffee machine work (the water/ coffee was always cold).
We had problems with the opening of the front door, the lock was stiff. Idealy, it should be change so you don't have to spend 2 minutes to open the door every time you go out...
Overall, a wonderful stay.
The condo is perfect for six people as it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is located in an ideal area,right outside the heart of North Conway.
The linen quality and quantity was sub par. There were only five bath towels and two hand towels. I called the owner about obtaining more however both he and his wife had their reasons why they could not get us more. The sheets were poor quality and kept falling off the beds.
The propane tank was empty so we had to fill it (owner said he checked gauge a few weeks prior) however I will be reimbursed for the propane.
Through no fault of the owner, the upstairs units were rented by families with young children. Of the four nights we were there, the children were running around by 6 AM, making an ungodly amount of noise. My son in law spoke to the mother, who was apologetic, but there was no change in behavior.
I would offer a couple of suggestions to people who may want to rent this property. Bring your own sheets and towels. If you are able to obtain any information on the renters' upstairs re.having young children, I would proceed with caution as you could find yourself waking up very early in the morning. There is no official person there to enforce quiet times.Personally, I will never stay in a first floor unit again due to the possibility of never ceasing noise.
The condo was very clean and spacious for our family, and the location was very close to downtown North Conway. My children (ages 7, 5, and 2) had plenty of space when we were at the condo, and it was great to be all on one floor (and the first floor which was helpful because no stairs for them to play on). The owner, Jeff, left very clear and easy to follow instructions for everything in the condo, and they even had a little basket with flyers for all the local attractions and restaurants. We weren't around to watch TV much, but when we were home, having Netflix was great for the kids. Pretty much every appliance/accommodation that you could think of, Jeff had taken care of, including nightlights for the kids bedrooms! The only thing that my wife mentioned that she needed was a hair dryer, but not a big deal. We were very happy with the condo as well as Jeff and his families hospitality, and will not be staying in a hotel again when we come up to New Hampshire. I would highly recommend this condo to all of my family and friends. This place was excellent!
I am almost a year late with this review, but still wanted to say it is a great place to stay, we had a great time! The unit was well maintained and comfortable for our family. Very modern, clean and open floor plan for hanging out. The back deck is nice, we ate out there a few times, with a nice grassy area behind, very safe away from traffic for kids. Pool area was also nice, available tables, etc. Great dealings with owner, answered all questions quickly, before and during our stay. Terrific experience overall, A+!
This was a great stay. The place was clean, and cozy even. Neatly maintained. The property owner was extremely pleasant, and very quick to answer any questions we had about anything. I especially loved the tip sheet the owners had made. An overall great experience!! Thanks for having us.
