The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. Air mattresses are available for additional guests. Apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. Amenities include a washer/dryer, a fully supplied gourmet kitchen, dishwasher, flat panel TV, cable TV, and wireless Internet service. Cookware, linens, towels, and an initial supply of soap and paper goods are provided. Great Manhattan location - walking distance to Central Park, Museum Row, the Upper West and East Sides, Columbia University, and 125th Street. Located just one short block from the 2/3 Express Train which runs through the heart of Manhattan with less than 10 minutes to Times Square, 34th Street, the Theater District, Columbus Circle, and Lincoln Center. Great restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, coffee shops, and shopping are within a very short walking distance from the apartment. More than pleased
We were in town for my daughter's college graduation and stayed here with my parents and two others that surprised us (7 total) and we were more than comfortable. The apartment provided us with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the location was great. Easy access to the metro and buses (which took us to Laguardia Airport in just 30 mins for a $2.75 fare). I will definitely recommend staying here and will keep it on my list for future travels.
Great apartment
Even if you won't consider Harlem as an option when traveling to NYC, I'll recommend you to think twice. Tammys apartment is spacious, comfortable and practical. Their response was dynamic and they provided us with help whenever we needed.
The only trouble we had was that the shower tap was half-broken, we could still use it but I think they'll fix it after we let them know that.
Great Apartment if You Can Handle the Stairs
Absolutely spotless when we arrived. Well appointed kitchen, spacious for our family of five, excellent subway access. The neighborhood is very diverse, old Harlem mixed with Starbucks, H&M, and Gap. We felt very safe walking in the evening and great local eateries.
Only (very small) negatives, pillows weren't very comfortable, and the four flights of stairs could be exhausting after walking the New York streets all day!
Otherwise, a wonderful stay! Thank you.
Great location, comfortable
We stayed in this apartment with our 4 kids, 6 total. It fit us all very comfortably. We took the subway to see all the sights in NYC, and it was very convenient and easy to get to the station for the 1, 2, and 3 trains. The AC only reaches the front room, and the beds in the bedroom were too short for my husband who is 6 ft tall. Thanks for a great stay!
Pleasant stay
I have to agree with the rest of the comments, it’s a great location, restaurants just a block or so away and easy access to the subway. The place comes alive at night, a very vibrant atmosphere and the food served at the restaurants is excellent. We were a group of 9 and found it a bit tight, space wise. The photos gave me the impression of a larger living area, but it’s more a less a walking space between the furniture. I agree it would be perfect for a group of 6 or 7. The A/C was working but it does not reach beyond the living room. It is a very clean and bright apartment and the manager is very accommodating. We did have a pleasant stay.
