- 2 full bathrooms; master bathroom ensuite with double sink and spacious walk in shower + hall bathroom with stand in shower shared between 2nd and 3rd bedroom (no tubs)
- Large kitchen with brand new GE cafe appliances with both regular and Keurig coffee maker, and Kettle, toaster and blender

- Weber Charcoal grill, please bring your owner charcoal

We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due to the house being outside in the hill country, and summer you may have several encounter with the critters.
