Terrible. No one called back and the place looked closed and deserted.

I called the reservation number to confirm my reservation. I was told they could not and some one from the Hotel would call. No one ever called. When I arrived it looked closed and deserted. I never stayed there nor would I have. Terrible condition, bad experience.
