I live in Vancouver, Canada but am always on the go. My work takes me all over the world, but there's something about Buenos Aires that I love. It will always be a city dear to my heart.

I immediately fell in love with Las Canitas. The vibrant restaurants and shops - this area reminds you why they call Buenos Aires "The Paris of South America". Outdoor cafes, great food and people. I found the right place in the right building, and after a year of full renovations from a fantastic architect and I finally had my dream property. I could not have been happier with the way it turned out. I'm sure you will too.
Open layout with a wrap-around terrance on each level, it's a unique and rare property in the heart of Las Canitas.
Stayed here 6/18-6/26. We were going to stay around Recoleta but so glad we found this gem. Great, clean apartment in perfect location. Neighborhood was very safe to walk around day and night. Very quiet building which was a plus for us. Only slight noise was elevator but it wasn't loud and that's something you will hear at any place. People we bumped into going in and out of building were all very friendly. Apartment was good size. There were four of us and had plenty of room for visitors to hang out with us too. Beds were really comfortable. Couch was comfortable. Wifi worked great. One tv in apartment but that was fine as we didn't come all the way to Buenos Aires to watch tv. Well, except for the U.S. vs Argentina game! We did watch that. Views of surrounding areas were beautiful. Lots of natural light which was great. Everything you need is within walking distance. So many restaurants to choose from. Las Cholas was one we frequented a lot! Romario Pizzeria is a couple blocks over. I didn't cook but the kitchen was very useful to have to eat a quick breakfast, snacks and for when we ordered food to go and just wanted to hang around the apartment to eat. There are quite a few convenience stores within a couple of minutes walk. A bakery across the street. Havanna store a few blocks over. Taxis were extremely easy to get. We could get one every time just steps outside apartment building. Never waited more than a couple of minutes for one. La Recoleta was about a ten minute taxi ride. Obelisco and Teatro Colon, the most beautiful opera house I have ever seen, is about 15 minute taxi ride, give or take, depending on traffic. We had a couple of minor glitches when we arrived but Jeffery was lightening fast to respond and take care of things asap and made sure we were happy. Santiago, the property manager was very nice and responded quickly as well. Make sure you have the Whatsapp because that is whats used most for communication in Argentina!
We would definitely stay here again.
Jeffery, thanks again for everything! We had a great time. It went by way too fast.
