We are the Smith Elordi family. Every member has a crucial role in providing the best possible experience for our guests and we were all born in Chile and moved to the U.S 15 years ago. George the father ( Who was the one that took the pictures) is a constructor/designer and he absolutely fell in love with this house. For the past 5 months he has been working to bring this beautiful house to life again. Margarita the mother is the one that takes care of the linen. All our linen is white and we pay special attention to the cleaning. Pablo the Son is the one in charge of the bookings and checks that everything is perfect before your arrival. Margarita the daughter is the one in charge of the Website and the marketing and Pedro the older son helps us with the internet support. Porota the dog.. Gives unconditional love

Great place to stay with friends

I recently planned a girls getaway trip to Miami and this place was perfect! It's cozy with lots of room, there were 6 of us. It's close to the airport and not far from the beach. Great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. The outdoor area was awesome. We actually ended up spending a lot more time at the house than we anticipated because it was so nice. There is a fully equipped kitchen which saved us a lot of money on meals and an outdoor grill which we enjoyed as well.

I would definitely recommend this property for a family trip of a group of friends. Thanks Pablo!

Comfortable property in a convenient location

The property was mostly clean. We feel that we could not give it a 5 stars as there are a few things that would need some attention. First of all the bath did not have a plug and was not that clean. The outdoor furniture could also do with a wash (the white chair you can see on one of the pictures were quite dirty and could not be used). The description says that the property is in "Brickell" but it is in fact nearer to the Little Havanna than Brickell. Therefore this could be misleading, indeed do not expect to be in the "financial" district of Miami...We also felt that the property would benefit from having a washing machine. On the positive sides, the garden is spacious and the property is close to a fabulous local restaurant (gorgeous Cuban food!), there are some nice local shops as well. We had a car and we found that this property was extremely well located as all the places we wanted to go and see were either easily accessible by car or by public transport.

This Place is AMAZING!

The property is more than what you can imagine! The owners are absolutely welcoming and extremely nice! This place is stunning and so convenient to get to. Everything is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, you have free wifi and the owners check up on you all the time! They even have a jacuzzi in the back and the front yard is HUGE! You must stay here!

Could not have been a better experience

My expectations for my stay at this lovely property, after reading its listing description by Core International, were exceeded to say the least. Margarita was easily available to answer all questions and consistently attentive to all of my needs. The location, right in the heart of a culturally rich Miami neighborhood, was impeccably clean. Amenities included but were not limited to a hot tub, cable television, hot water and fresh linens. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable stay with easy access to all areas of Miami.
