This beautiful cottage is the perfect choice for your vacation or business trip. Enjoy the enclosed roof terrace and spacious garden with barbecue or have a few drinks by the jacuzzi. In addition to free parking and all the outdoor ammenities, we also offer a completely renovated and furnished interior. The property is located in 2255 SW 10 ST Miami FL 33135 , which is very centrally located just 10 minutes away from downtown and 15 minutes from the beach. We pay attention to detail and provide impeccable wooden floors and white bathrooms with all white linen in impeccable condition. You can also rent the Unit B that accommodates 7 guests and have an a family reunion accommodating a total of 14.

About Pablo Smith

We are the Smith Elordi family. Every member has a crucial role in providing the best possible experience for our guests and we were all born in Chile and moved to the U.S 15 years ago. George the father ( Who was the one that took the pictures) is a constructor/designer and he absolutely fell in love with this house. For the past 5 months he has been working to bring this beautiful house to life again. Margarita the mother is the one that takes care of the linen. All our linen is white and we pay special attention to the cleaning. Pablo the Son is the one in charge of the bookings and checks that everything is perfect before your arrival. Margarita the daughter is the one in charge of the Website and the marketing and Pedro the older son helps us with the internet support. Porota the dog.. Gives unconditional love

Great place in a great area.

Upon arrival, the house looks just like the pictures and fits 6 people perfectly. Everything was in good condition but the only complaint is one of the tiles in the shower kept falling and hitting some people's foot. I will definitely be coming back to stay!

Great property in a perfect location

My group used the house a base while working at the Miami Boat Show. The house is in a great quiet neighborhood and within a quick Uber ride to most parts of town. There are two grocery stores within 3 blocks and several good restaurants just down 8th St. The house itself is clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a lifesaver after working at the boat show all day. The bunk room is nice for groups or kids, but be aware that only the queen bed in the master will sleep a couple comfortably. For my group, this was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this property, and will likely book it again myself.

Great place to stay with friends

I recently planned a girls getaway trip to Miami and this place was perfect! It's cozy with lots of room, there were 6 of us. It's close to the airport and not far from the beach. Great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants. The outdoor area was awesome. We actually ended up spending a lot more time at the house than we anticipated because it was so nice. There is a fully equipped kitchen which saved us a lot of money on meals and an outdoor grill which we enjoyed as well.

I would definitely recommend this property for a family trip of a group of friends. Thanks Pablo!
