We have 8 apartments they all have newly renovated bathrooms and kitchens and are the same layout. Due to needs of guests we cant guarantee which apartment you will be allocated.
We can only take bookings under 7 days if there is a existing gap in our bookings. Feel free to ask. We may have a fee for under 7 days. We can make a special offer for special needs

Stylish, fully furnished and equipped Apartments on Broadway. Close to Perth CBD and a short two minute walk to the University of Western Australia. This truly is a golden location: at one end of Broadway is the lovely Swan River and its delights and at the other end is The New Childrens hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital,also known as QEII.
Feel at home in our comfortable large open plan 2 bedroom apartments. The apartment features 1 main bedroom with a large main bed, bathroom with shower or bath and toilet located off the bedroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning,. There is another enclosed bedroom with a single bed off the lounge area. Featuring a large kitchen and TV. This apartment is 60 sqm and ideal for singles or couples. We have a max of 3 in all the apartments.
We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, oven, kettle, toaster, stove and full fridge. There is free wifi internet for you to use...
Parking is free at 66 Broadway with a bay marked just for you.

Transport is just a 1 minute walk away, with regular buses leaving for the Perth CBD, Claremont, Subiaco, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and Hollywood Private Hospital.

We are short term whole apartments. We don't live on site but are always around to help with any questions you may have.
Buzzing safe and vibrant location. Shops and cafes within walking distance. Leafy green trendy streets.
There are 2 buses in Broadway.
Number 24 which goes past the main Entry of Kngs Park to to heart of the CBD and runs through the centre of Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital (also known as QE1)
.. only minutes away.~ every 30 mins Number 97 (The University Circle) which runs to Subiaco. (Railway Station)/(40 meters away from the Subiaco Markets)
On the Highway you can take a bus 103 to Fremantle
Or a 102 to Cottesloe Beach
To the airport Local Bus 37 finishes at Kings Park Main Entry. Then free bus transfer from Domestic Airport to International Airport

This apartment is a very good value for the money, given its location and amenities. It is located in Crawley area, which is just a tad southwest to the CBD, but very quiet. Within a good 5-15 walk and you can find supermarket, restaurants, cafes to waterfront (Matilda Bay). Parking is free & a breeze with dedicated parking spot!
The owner, Terry, is very responsive and is available almost daily. He visits the building almost everyday and you can just talk to him to talk through things. We had some water heating and fridge problems when we came in, but Terry managed to solve all of those swiftly.
Terry also kindly offered us a bigger unit for the same price because we have a toddler.
