You can also walk to the village of La Jolla in 10 minutes where you can enjoy world-class local restaurants and great shopping. Experience La Jolla like the locals do in a quiet residential street of quaint homes and beach cottages. This condo may also be rented with the upper condo for larger family groups.
Enter the gate and find yourself in a cozy tropically landscaped private front yard with a table for 6 and an outdoor barbeque, making it a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or a leisurely lunch or dinner after a day at the beach or visiting nearby attractions.
Open the front door and find yourself in a great room surrounded by an upbeat beach décor with white, turquoise, grey and brown color scheme and seashore themed accents. The feeling of this home will lift your spirits and make you glad it is your temporary home away from home.
A beehive fireplace in the living room, accompanied by a large sectional sleeper couch, a large flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player, and a stereo with an iPod dock, makes it easy to relax, unwind and enjoy. A dining table for 6 provides a wonderful space catch up and enjoy meals with friends and family.
Adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and pristine new white granite counter tops. There is also a breakfast bar that seats 2 in the kitchen so the chef can enjoy everyone without missing a beat.
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, ample closet space, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with all new fixtures.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed fitted with luxury linens and a flat screen TV. This is a perfect place to curl up and read a book or take a nap.
The detail that the owner has shown in their selection of new furnishings and fixtures is reflected in every room including the hall bathroom which has a large glass door shower as well as new fixtures that match the feel and décor of the home. Luxury linens are provided throughout.
This home has off-street street parking for one average sized vehicle, Wi-Fi and cable, and a washer and dryer. Street parking is also available.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. I initially left my review with Seabreeze but we loved this property so much that I wanted to post my review elsewhere as well. 100% Honest review!!! Truth be told, my partner and I had stalked this condo online for several months before we booked it. We thought it was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for in terms of our vacation. When we got there, it took our breath away! The pictures did not do it justice. It was beautiful! The condo has been recently renovated and is very much up to date with the latest fixtures. It is in La Jolla and is only about a 20 minute drive from the airport and 25 minute drive from downtown San Diego. Super convenient! The off-street parking comes in handy seeing as though the street parking becomes unavailable quickly. Plus, we felt more at ease having it off the street. The parking is directly behind the condo. Location is gorgeous and peaceful. Very safe. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials which was very impressive. My favorite part of the property was the beehive fireplace. It was nice coming back from a day of exploring the city and enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. The tv in the living comes with digital cable which came in handy on those really lazy days when we just wanted to stay in for a bit and catch up on a few shows. The bedrooms come equipped with basic HD cable which was fine for us! The DoorDash app came in handy when ordering takeout as well! The beach is only a three minute walk down the street from the condo. There are numerous grocery stores within a reasonable distance. I highly recommend Ralph's in La Jolla Village. It is 24 hours and has a great selection of produce and other essentials that may be needed. You can also pickup a nice bottle of wine from there. The washer and dryer came in handy on the last day. The beds were extremely comfortable! The whole property was very clean! I loved having the private patio with the table out front. We sat out there a couple of mornings and enjoyed the sound of the ocean while eating breakfast. People are very friendly in this neighborhood and mostly keep to themselves. It is not far from the shopping malls or any of the local go-to spots. We even decided to go Six Flags Magic Mountain and LA which was about a 2 1/2 hour drive away. The only issue we encountered was with the WIFI. It only seemed to reach the guest bedroom and that was it. We could connect to the network beyond that point of the condo. It was not a huge is
We really enjoyed staying in this property. It was close to the beach, clean, with comfortable beds (including the sleeper sofa!). It was newly renovated with a happy, beachy vibe. We had all the linens, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen supplies we needed (we cook a lot). It was great to have the parking space because the neighborhood can become parked-up by beach goers. Windansea is a fabulous beach which we enjoyed every day during our stay. It was good to know the Seabreeze office was right down the street in the event anything went wrong. But we didn't need them for anything-- everything we needed was taken care of ahead of time. I highly recommend.
