Please note that City of Anaheim has very strict Noisy Control Policy, so please be quiet between 10:00 PM--09:00 AM (QUIET TIME) and don't disturb neighbors during your stay. City collects Trash on Tuesday, so please move three trash bins outside and face street Monday evening and move back Tuesday evening. Please park at driveway, 4 car parking space available. Minim Renter Age: 21. There're Rental Rules at Property (on bulletin board), online at HomeAway/VRBO mobile hospitality and attached on Rental Agreement. We loved our time here. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone, extra blankets, and small details that made our stay easy and pleasant. Roger was a gracious and attentive host. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a fun vacation with our family in Southern California. It was so nice to have everyone together under the same roof. The house worked very well for our purposes. I would recommend it and use it again if needed. Thank you Roger for your helpful hospitality.
We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and accommodating. Lots of things for kids to do. Lots of space for everyone. The owner was very attentive as well. Close to amusement parks, stores, etc. Easy access for checking in and checking out. Home is very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. This place had all the amenities of home. Towels, wash clothes, extra linen and blankets, etc. The kitchen was a great asset. We made breakfast and dinner almost daily. We would definitely stay there again.
If you are anything like I am, and have spent countless hours reviewing rental homes in an attempt to find the perfect scenario for your Disney vacation, save yourself the time and just go with this option. If you are visiting Disneyland and have a rental vehicle, (or are good with Uber), this house will check off all the boxes.
We recently stayed for a week at this Ricky Lane vacation home, and were a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, ages 10 and 6. This is our 4th trip to Disneyland in 10 years, and we went the hotel route twice, and stayed in rental homes the other two times. In my opinion, when traveling with kids, vacation rentals are THE ONLY way to go! Anyway, this house is perfect for one family, or up to 10 people quite easily. The beds have lovely pillow top mattresses, the A/C is amazing, the spacious living room with pool table is a great gathering space, the kitchen is perfectly updated, the backyard is spacious and quiet and the house has quite literally been stocked with everything you could possibly need! Everything!!! (Including multiple sets of towels, extra blankets, etc.)
It is an older home, but has been maintained immaculately, and is located in a delightful and very safe neighborhood. We drove to the parks most days, but did do the walk there and back once, and it was certainly doable. If you are reading this and planning on walking, here's how to get there: After exiting the house, turn right, and make your way about 3 blocks to West Ave. Turn left and continue along West. West becomes 'Disney Way' once you cross the intersection at Katella. Continue one block along Disney Way and you will see The Grand Californian Hotel on your right. Cut through their lobby and follow the signs to downtown Disney and then you're a minute from the gates.
Anyway, the strongest feature of this rental, and I cannot stress this enough, is the owner, Roger. Having dealt with a rental agency on our previous Disney trip, and often waiting 2 or 3 weeks to get a response to a question (which was particularly frustrating after already having paid a large deposit to hold the property), it was enormously refreshing to work with someone who responds with an hour or two at the longest, and in many cases, within minutes. During our stay, he proved himself to be incredibly reliable, and to act with great honesty, integrity and kindness. For this reason alone, I would recommend this rental without any hesitation!

This was our first vacation rental so we didn't know what to expect. The moment we arrived at the house, we knew we made the right choice. Roger was on top of everything from the moment that we inquired about the rental until the day we left. We will definitely be renting from Roger the next time we come to California.
We loved everything about this house! It is extra comfortable in a great little neighborhood. The owners/management was one of the best I ever dealt with. We planned a long 5 day trip and had groceries and all our luggage to drop off they were great to let us drop off and check in early! The house was really clean and had everything needed included shampoo/ laundry soap. Wow lots of towels and blankets all kitchen items were high end. It is about a 30 minute walk to Disney. We can't wait to come back even just to relax in the house it's very spacious and comfortable inside and out. It was 7 of us and we loved it so much!
