This Condo Gives You Access Within Walking Distance To The Beach And All Events.

Renovated in 2015, the unit is nicely furnished. It is a two bedroom suite with two queen size beds, with private baths, comfortable living room with "L" shape queen size sofa bed and TV/Dvd player/Netflix (Internet @ Wifi), and dining room has table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as dining house wares and coking utensils. Iron, Hairdryer, Linens and towels are also provided. The unit has brand new washer and dryer.

Galil I also features a private and protected parking space to be able to enjoy your private car since the building is only a short drive away to Downtown Miami, with its restaurants, museums, parks, performances, art centers, shopping centers and the Famous American Airlines Arena.

I am Silvio Torres and my wife is Cristina Torres. We are originally from Brazil but we have been living in Washington DC for over 40 years. However, we decided to have Florida, more especially South Beach, as our future residence due to the great Tropical Weather which reminds our Home Country.

Great ownership and management

Silvio(the owner) was very helpful and involved in the renting process. Answered all the questions we had and even helped with some last minute changes we had to make. The manager Carlos was super friendly and was there to receive us on arrival. The property itself is in great condition which is hard to find in the area. A block from the beach and surrounded by clubs, restaurant, and never ending nightlife. Stop reading and go book your room!

Great property near ocean drive and the beach

Because of the expensive nature of this area this was a good property at a good price. Free parking a plus. Each bedroom has its own full bath. And it’s in a great location. Comfortable for four. If all young six would be fine. Kitchen small but everything you need. No problems at all with this property. Owners and managers very responsive

Todo fue perfecto. El departamento está en una ubicación inmejorable, su distribución interior es excelente, la cochera es cómoda y está situada próxima al ascensor y a la entrada, y el equipamiento es increíblemente completo. Y todo está impecablemente mantenido. A eso se suma una eficiente y muy gentil administración tanto por sus propietarios, Silvio y Cristina, como por el encargado en el lugar, Carlos, siempre dispuestos a responder consultas y/o a resolver de inmediato cualquier necesidad o inconveniente que se pudiera presentar, personas a quienes reiteramos nuestro agradecimiento por hacernos sentir entre amigos. Es una propiedad altamente recomendable y a la que confiamos volver en un futuro próximo.

Super comfortable and convenient with all the comforts of home!! Thank you Silvio!

We stayed in Silvio and Christina's condo on Collins Ave right in the heart of South Beach. We were there during Art Basel week working and wanted to be walking distance to Scope - Miami Beach on 8th and Ocean. It exceeded our expectations, super comfortable and clean, two full bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Wish we would have had time to use all the beach chairs, towels, umbrella's etc that were provided, but we were on a working trip. Silvio was super nice and flexible, allowing us a later check out. Carlos was really nice too, and sent his colleague to check us in and even helped me move all the suitcases. The unit is on the 5th floor with a tiny balcony, not really big enough to sit out there, and it's a side unit, which helps filtering out some of the street noise. There are lots of wonderful restaurants and bars nearby and small markets to pick up items for the fridge. Citi rents bikes on the beach by the hour, which you can pick up one place and drop off another. The famous New's Cafe is only a block away, great place to eat and people watch. We will definitely go back and hopefully when we aren't working! If you have any questions, book it! You will be so pleased! Thank you Silvio and Christina for sharing your little bit of paradise.

Disappointed

Great location, remodeled kitchen, washer and dryer, and parking spot a bonus. But with that came mold in the shower, so much dirt on the ceiling fan in back bedroom that we didn't want to turn it on, a previous renters food scooge in the refrigerator, and floors that weren't clean. Bath and laundry soap were not provided. Who travels with a bar of soap in their suitcase?

I have stayed in several VRBO rentals around the country. This was the first and only that disappointed. There is no way this is a five star unit.
