Renovated in 2015, the unit is nicely furnished. It is a two bedroom suite with two queen size beds, with private baths, comfortable living room with "L" shape queen size sofa bed and TV/Dvd player/Netflix (Internet @ Wifi), and dining room has table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as dining house wares and coking utensils. Iron, Hairdryer, Linens and towels are also provided. The unit has brand new washer and dryer.
Galil I also features a private and protected parking space to be able to enjoy your private car since the building is only a short drive away to Downtown Miami, with its restaurants, museums, parks, performances, art centers, shopping centers and the Famous American Airlines Arena.
I am Silvio Torres and my wife is Cristina Torres. We are originally from Brazil but we have been living in Washington DC for over 40 years. However, we decided to have Florida, more especially South Beach, as our future residence due to the great Tropical Weather which reminds our Home Country.

When we first went to South Beach, in 2000, we fell in love with this city and, in particular, this location, for being walking distance to every where, for having great entertainment, and not need even to take the car from the garage. That's why we purchased this unit in 2010.
For all of the already described reasons, we can guarantee that you are going to enjoy your staying in our Condo, and will come back for your next vacation in South Beach. Also, we are sure that you will have a good review and will recommend it to you friends.

The photos are current and accurate. The condo was nice and clean and in the middle of everything. It was stocked with everything we needed (other than food, of course!) The owners were very responsive pre-trip, and the property manager was there waiting to show us around when we arrived. We didn't have to contact them for anything after check-in. Would definitely stay here again!
The layout of the apartment is great, with two bedrooms and private bathrooms. The location between 8th and 9th street and Collins is perfect for enjoying everything South Beach has to offer. Unfortunately for us we where there during Spring Break and when traveling with children that is not ideal. The street and surounding areas where packed with drunk people every evening and the windows in the building aren't exactly soundproof.
We also had a rock falling down from the balcony of one of the other apartments on to our rental car. It was parked in the assigned spot. Besides the mentioned downsides we loved everything else about this place and would recommend it to others.

Close to stores, restaurants, bus stop. Property is in good conditions. Great customer service at check in. Beach umbrellas can't be use as they are not in good condition, but everything else is good. Definitely we will use it again.
The property is one block from the beach and all the most famous stores are nearby. The Super Market is walking distance as well as the restaurants. .
