Renovated in 2015, the unit is nicely furnished. It is a two bedroom suite with two queen size beds, with private baths, comfortable living room with "L" shape queen size sofa bed and TV/Dvd player/Netflix (Internet @ Wifi), and dining room has table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, as well as dining house wares and coking utensils. Iron, Hairdryer, Linens and towels are also provided. The unit has brand new washer and dryer.

Galil I also features a private and protected parking space to be able to enjoy your private car since the building is only a short drive away to Downtown Miami, with its restaurants, museums, parks, performances, art centers, shopping centers and the Famous American Airlines Arena.

I am Silvio Torres and my wife is Cristina Torres. We are originally from Brazil but we have been living in Washington DC for over 40 years. However, we decided to have Florida, more especially South Beach, as our future residence due to the great Tropical Weather which reminds our Home Country.

When we first went to South Beach, in 2000, we fell in love with this city and, in particular, this location, for being walking distance to every where, for having great entertainment, and not need even to take the car from the garage. That's why we purchased this unit in 2010.

Just as pictured!

It was wonderful! Carlos was on point with everything and very polite! The owners were great, told us where we could take the kids for some fun. We were close to everything. It is loud on some nights but come on it's South Beach that's what people come for! Our whole family had a blast and we will stay here again! It felt like a second home. Thank you for everything! 😍?

Would Highly Recommend!

Four of my friends and I stayed here from May 30 - June 4, 2017. I messaged the owner a few days before arrival asking if I would need any additional toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc. The owner convinced me, we did not need to bring ANYTHING! After hearing this, I will admit I was skeptical!

But the owner was so right. Extra toilet paper, paper towels, extra linens, extra towels, washer, dryer, detergent, plates, bowls, cups, television, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a cooler to take to the beach, and we left a volleyball because we couldn't take it with! The only thing we had to purchase was some batteries for the television remote, and our groceries for the week.

They made our stay very enjoyable, the place was clean for the most part, beds and couches comfortable, AC works great as well! Two full bathrooms was huge as well! Ginormous fridge to chill your beer!!

And this place couldn't have been in a better spot, literally surrounded by everything you need (grocery store, the beach, most of the lower end clubs and bars which were still great by the way, some of the best restaurants on South Beach)! It really was a great trip, would highly recommend to anyone.

Just as advertised! Great place!

The photos are current and accurate. The condo was nice and clean and in the middle of everything. It was stocked with everything we needed (other than food, of course!) The owners were very responsive pre-trip, and the property manager was there waiting to show us around when we arrived. We didn't have to contact them for anything after check-in. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice apartment at a perfect South Beach location

The layout of the apartment is great, with two bedrooms and private bathrooms. The location between 8th and 9th street and Collins is perfect for enjoying everything South Beach has to offer. Unfortunately for us we where there during Spring Break and when traveling with children that is not ideal. The street and surounding areas where packed with drunk people every evening and the windows in the building aren't exactly soundproof.

We also had a rock falling down from the balcony of one of the other apartments on to our rental car. It was parked in the assigned spot. Besides the mentioned downsides we loved everything else about this place and would recommend it to others.

Unfortunately, South Beach attracts a lot of young people during the Spring Break and their behavior is not good as it supposed to be. Regarding the noise, we only installed a soundproof window in the master bedroom because we thought it is the noisiest area. We apologize for the incident with your rental car.
