I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor who has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 40 years. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, interior decoration, and spending time with friends and family. I speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.
Glendy is a wonderful host and is very flexible and helpful. The apartment has all the basic needs, and is in a great location. I would highly recommend this apartment for rental.
The property was very clean and perfect for a summer stay. Glendy was very helpful with the move in/out process. I definitely would stay there again!
I had a very pleasant experience in this apartment. It was clean, nicely furnished with modern decor and on a quiet tree-lined street. The building was secure and the on-site parking made coming home at night feel very safe and comfortable. It is an easy drive down to the center of town, and one can also take a bus for a very minimal fare. There are a number of restaurants and stores within walking distance of the apartment. The only problem I had was with the large television which had a confusing method of operating and thus I was unable to watch certain programs I wished to watch. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Pasadena for a while.
This apartment is noisy, shabby, rundown and poorly stocked. The pipes for the apartment building produce loud noises in the bedroom all night long, making sleep nearly impossible. The apartment is cheaply furnish and in a poor state of disrepair, with missing knobs on cabinets and cracks in the tile floors. The kitchen is old and has no dishwasher. The apartment is not well stocked, containing only a few child-sized, beat-up looking forks and a lack of other utensils, dishes and pots that you would normally expect in a rental (no strainer, no cork-screw, no large pots or bowls, only 3 glasses). Weird. You can do better in terms of a rental so look elsewhere.
I stayed at this location for 10 weeks during the summer. I had a wonderful experience while staying at the unit. The unit itself is exactly as shown within the photos and as described. Furthermore, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. When I arrived, the unit was very clean and everything seemed to be relatively new (bed, TV, dishes, etc).
During my stay, I was very impressed with Glendy's level of attentiveness. She consistently checked in to make sure everything was OK and was always very responsive if I had a question or needed something done. For instance, at one point the garbage disposal stopped working. Glendy was able to have the disposal repaired the next day and it did not cause me any inconvenience.
I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Pasadena for an extended period of time.
