Great flat in great location
Clean. Located in heart of downtown. Good kitchen. I’d stay here every trip to philly
Clean, spacious, centrally located.
This was a great choice for my family of 5 while we were in Philadelphia for a week. It was close to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell, Terminal Market, and lots of stores. It was also close to the Pennsylvania Convention Center (a few minutes walk). The attractions that weren't close (like the art museum) were easy enough to get to with Lyft or cabs.
The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. There was a coffee maker with filters, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, two kitchen sponges, two rolls of paper towels, a washer and dryer, laundry soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer provided. One thing missing was a box of tissues, but that's a very minor issue.
The building concierges, while not associated with StayAlfred (the property management group who owns this unit) were friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again if I were to find myself in Philly.

Quiet building on a busy street. Condo itself was very nice and clean, beds were comfortable. I would return!
Great location to do just about anything in Philly
Nice, clean apartment, good security, 2 blocks from Reading Terminal Market and many fine restaurants.

Comfortable apartment with a great view!
Comfortable apartment in a Center City high rise with 24hr door security, just steps from food and cultural amenities - like staying in downtown Manhattan.
- Parking is by garage only - if you don't intend to use your car much (and with Lyft, Septa, etc, you may not need to) consider Spot Hero.
- Amenities abound: towels, dishes, kitchenware, light cookware, full fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. However, the "expendable" items like dishsoap, trash bags, laundry detergent are scarce and not replenished during the stay. Luckily, there are both a 7/11 and a Target within the block, so these are not too hard to come by.
- The apartment is cold, and the blankets are lacking - bring warm pajamas
- There are NO full length mirrors in the entire apartment; and the only mirrors are in the bathroom, so beware if you are needing to dress up for an evening out
- It was unclear who to contact for maintenance; the vanity light was out in our bathroom, and only one keyfob worked. However, building security is not equipped to handle these issues, as since we are not tenents...wasn't sure how to get these taken care of.
- Roku controller missing from master bedroom, but there is cable, so it worked out well.
Overall, my family and I had an amazing time, enjoyed scenic views. There are city sounds, including sirens, so beware if you are a light sleeper. However, watching the sunrise while in bed from the east facing bedroom was absolutely delightful.
The property was centrally located to the train stations and the Reading Terminal. Reasons why I didn’t give it a 5 were for minor things that added up: the insufficient lighting in the guest bathroom long with no vent fan which caused the bathroom to get very hot and steamy, no shower caddy in master bath and the street noise can get very loud.
Overall, for the price, location and friendly concierge, I would recommend this location.
