Nice place in the city
Overall the property is nice. Check In was a breeze. One of the parking garages advertised at 60 Madison, is only for contract and monthly parking. We ended up parking in the garage behind the apartments. Coming out was a bit scary because the elevator exit brings you into an alley. Once inside the apartment, I had minor issues. There was an area where water damage occurred to the base boards in one of the bedrooms and it was a bit of an eye sore. Batteries were only in one remote, forcing us to share until we could get to a local store. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was very thin. None of the bedrooms had windows which made it feel like a closet. However, the location is great, the value is better.
There was no clothes hangers in the wardrobes. No soap and shampoo

Stay in Memphis’s Stay Alfred
Very good location, close to the Mississippi River and Beale Street .
The WiFi connection was intermittent .
Also we were not given access to the terrace on the 10th floor.
Really good experience
The property was plenty nice. An older building but well maintained. The only thing that needed attention was the return air vent in the master bedroom. Other than that, very clean and nice. Easy walk to Beale Street, Main Street and nice parks on the Mississippi River. We enjoyed our Memphis stay a lot.
Memphis is the Bomb!!!
I told my husband and several employees at the building that this property, location and amenities were enough to make me want to move to Memphis and live at Metro 67! The security was phenomenal and we really enjoyed staying with our relatives instead of getting a couple of hotel rooms. I can't recommend this experience highly enough!!
Don't forget anything
My husband left his sunglasses and we contacted multiple people in regards to paying to get them back. We knew it would be pricey, but were willing to pay. Not once has anyone gotten back with us to even give us that option. We knew exactly where the glasses were left--living room end table--so it wasn't as if they had lot look for them, even. Also, there is NO onsite parking. You pay for a garage across the street. Not bad distance, but was raining when we carried luggage in, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Location was good for our needs. Sheetrock/ceiling has several bad spots. Mattresses need replaced. Still, for the price was a great deal compared to hotels. Until my husband left his glasses, was a good experience and I would have rated higher. At that point, communication shut down, and despite my contacting them multiple times, nothing. The last person I contacted said someone would be in touch in a few days. Nothing. We have just written off his glasses, but when willing to pay to get them back, that we were ignored by multiple people at Stay Alfred was very very disappointing.
