.... an Amazing Ocean Front renovated 8th Floor Ocean-Front Condo, Luxury King bed sleeps two ideal for couples wanting to get away from it all. Convenient key-less entry so no keys to worry about offering hassle free access. You get into your unit as fast as you are able to park and get up to the 8th floor and we'll have cold complimentary beverages waiting for you!

We manage this unit personally with a professional housekeeper and therefore you will find this unit to be clean and very well maintained, 100% guaranteed.

This is a NON smoking unit, balcony included and regretfully pets are NOT allowed on the property.

SHORT STAYS are typically not cost effective due to operating costs, taxes, fees, dues and housekeeping logistics. During Summer months we typically require 5 - 7 day bookings, however, we are happy to consider shorter stays to fill gaps in the calendar.

RATES advertised are standard rates and may fluctuate depending on season / special events

PARKING on site with a parking permit provided at the front desk is included and you will also receive FREE Wi-Fi for the duration of your stay.

KING size memory foam bed with quality linens, ocean front unit conveniently located on the 8th floor away from the noise of elevators and vending machines. Includes a kitchenette with refrigerator, induction heat hot plate, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, plates, mugs and glasses, eating utensils.

Complimentary beverages including a few coffee pods and snacks will be provided for you to enjoy on arrival and during your stay.

Linens and bath towels are included but feel free to bring extra. Personal items and toiletries NOT included. ( Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are not provided )

LAUNDRY: There is a 24 / 7 coin operated laundry facility on the lower level opposite the convenience store. This has also just recently been renovated so no need to bring too much clothing!

SHOPPING & DINING: Many great restaurants & grocery stores including Whole Foods, a brand new Publix within a comfortable walking distance or very short drive.

Restaurant and Bar downstairs on the ground level. Across the way, River City Cafe for amazing burgers, a newly renovated Starbucks and right next door, Martin's on the corner which we highly recommended for breakfast and wonderful dinners.

If you enjoy a quiet 10 - 12 minute minute walk, or 2 minute drive, Collectors Cafe on Highway 17 and 77th / 79th ave. for the BEST cake and coffee and fine evening dining. Liberty Tap Room on 77th for a Sports bar atmosphere with many great beers and an affordable menu! One of our favorites, another wonderful dining experience at Sea Captain's House, on 3002 N Ocean Blvd and many, many others within 5 - 10 minute drive from the resort.

Also within a 10 minute drive North or South, The Boardwalk & Broadway on the beach. Tanger Outlet mall and many golf courses - ladies shop, gentleman golf ... everyone happy!

NOTE: We are a PRIVATE rental in the Sand Dunes Resort and are NOT part of, or affiliated with the Sand Dunes resort rental program, we therefore have limited access to the front desk and resort staff. You will not be required to check in on arrival, so after a long day in the car you will have immediate access to paradise! ** Regretfully Motorcycles & Trailers NOT permitted **

About Rob Tomlinson

Originally from South Africa growing up at the coast we have always just loved the Ocean. We enjoy traveling and have spent considerable time visiting many countries and cities all around the world including the United States.

During 1999 we decided it was time for a new adventure and applied for a visa to live and work in the USA. Settled in the Raleigh area in 2000 where we have been ever since. After many years working through the US Immigration process, received Green Cards in 2008 finally taking the oath and became a US Citizen in 2013.

We just love this area - so much to do and see, this is truly an amazing sea side paradise with something for everyone. The beaches are great, you can walk for hours with almost year round beautiful weather! A hundred Golf courses, maybe more - tons of shopping, Tanger outlet mall just 3 miles away, Broadway on the beach, the Boardwalk about 4 miles away and 1000+ restaurants to choose from.

We especially enjoy the sunrises with our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Long early morning and evening walks are a daily routine.

So many great places to visit in the area, Murrells Inlet, Georgetown, Charleston and Savannah within a days drive amongst many others interesting stops.

Late afternoons usually spent relaxing with a cocktail or glass of wine on the balcony before dinner. Sunrise & coffee - no matter how late the night, this is something we never miss!!

Thanks to our Professional Housekeeper Julie and her team, you will find this Condo to be very clean, comfortable and well maintained. New carpeting, granite and good quality linens and towels are just a few of the quality comforts you will find.

Perfect room and great location

The room was just as pictured. The new AC unit was great and the kitchenette came in super handy. Will definately return to this unit and for someone who loves the outlets this location was perfect. Not to mention next to River City Cafe which eat at daily. Thanks again for a great week.

Outstanding views, comfortable beautiful room!

Property was exactly what was described, comfortable bed, all the amenities that we needed. Close to restaurants and attractions but just far enough away to not be overwhelmed by the crowds. Rob was easy to work with and quick to respond to inquiries. Would recommend to everyone, hope to make it back again someday!

Cozy and clean with wonderful view!

This unit was perfect in every way! Very nicely decorated and really clean. Rob was very nice to deal with and made the rental process easy. I especially loved the high Adirondak chairs on the balcony. The eighth floor allows for a wonderful view of the beach. This unit is very well maintained. Very close to many restaurants, Carolina Opry and Barefoot Landing. Many of the units in this resort are not privately owned and are run down or not as clean as I like. I have found the privately owned units are usually well maintained, and clean. My girlfriend rented another of Rob's units on the 4th floor and was very pleased as well. You cannot go wrong by renting any of his units!

Perfect Accommodations!

I had the privledge of staying in this wonderful studio this past weekend. The pictures do justice as I felt as I had been there before when I walked in. All the accomodations needed to make your stay special. Snacks and beverages await you. The bed is super comfy. The room was very clean! The view from the balcony makes you want to keep the curtains open as all you see is sand and ocean. The pool is clean and you are right on the beach If you desire a beautiful walk. It doesn't get any better. Add the Starbucks in the resort next door and the buffet breakfast next to that, and you have a great stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you Rob for everything. It was just what I needed and expected!

Spring Getaway

What a nice place to stay! The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The essentials were spot on. I could tell whoever takes care of the place takes great pride in making it very comfortable for people to stay. We had the deck open most of the time we were there, great ocean view and ocean sounds for you to enjoy. The room is exactly as it is viewed on the website.

The only downfall we had was that it was April and the pools were closed for remodel. We had a great time walking the beach and enjoying our cozy stay either way!!

Thank you for a great spring getaway from the kids and back into the arms of my husband of 22 years. Just what we needed. :)

The outdoor pool renovation was necessary and was totally renovated over the Winter and unfortunately like most large ( or small ) construction projects they can be delayed.
