Over a hundred years ago this area was homesteaded by a pioneering area family. They built their original home, farmed and provided produce for the citizens of Leavenworth.
From the ranch, family members often explored up and onto distant Round Top Mountain, a snow-cone shaped mountain visible from miles in every direction.
Family descendants recently built Round Top Ranch lodge as a private place for family and friends. Now its available for vacation rental to guests from around the world.
A secluded riverside retreat awaits you at Round Top Ranch, the only house on this side of the creek and with no immediate neighbors. We like to say it is side of lazy section of the Nason Creek. Located just minutes from Stevens Pass and Leavenworth - it's perfect for whatever your dream getaway may be.
The first floor features floor to ceiling windows for tons of sunlight and light bouncing off the green Nason Creek just a few dozen feet away.
The stream is visible from many areas of the house so you feel just like the water flows around the house.
The open floor plan of huge wood beams lets you feel at one with nature as you recline in the leather couches. Decks off the kitchen and living room provide a great sunning spot.
The master bedroom, also on the first floor, provides privacy for mom and dad. Complete with a TV, queen bed, and a private entrance. The top floor is a loft that hangs over the living room, and features 2 queens and 2 fulls. Sleeps a maximum of 10.
Now you can bring your family to the ranch to enjoy the creek, the magnificent trees, peace and quiet. Call us today.
You can step back in time, but with all the modern comforts of home. In fact, Round Top Ranch also has stables so you can bring your horse and ride deep into the forest, even up and onto Round Top Mountain.
With 3 corrals, 1 at 1/8 acre, 1 at 1/4 acre and the third at 1/2 acre in size Round top Ranch is truly a special place. Ask us for all the details or read about it here.
We just love this house. We bought it for family, friends and fun. Yes we spend time here but we also enjoy having other folks move on in and settle on it. With luck they'll all get to spend quality time here with their family and friends having fun. And now you are invited. Look at the calendar, call if you have questions or just select your dates and book online.
We've taken care to outfit the home nicely and put in the kinds of furnishings and fixtures that make it comfortable and convenient. The home is handy and easy to get to. It will be clean and well maintained. And ready for your arrival.

Stayed here in August of 2015 and while the property is very cool and fun, it was overshadowed by poor management. First, the directions they gave were totally wrong and told you to make a left turn when you should have been making a right turn and East/West was mixed up. This made finding the house a real pain in the you know what. Once checked in, we had a handful of issues from the propane being so empty that the BBQ could not get up to temperature which ruined dinner, to the batteries in the remote controls being dead and no spares in the house, to the hot tub (which we paid an extra $50 fee to utilize) being dirty and had broken controls , and the cook top vent not working, which made cooking quite interesting.
Not the end of the world, but when I informed them of the issues, they did not care at all and didn't even offer a simple "sorry". All I received was a voucher for a discount to use with them on my "next stay", which expired already. Not impressed with the way they handled this at all.
Round Top Ranch was a great cabin for our week's stay during a business trip. There was plenty of space for us all and we all felt very welcomed. Set back off the road with the beautiful Nason Creek running by, it's a perfect place to find some solitude. Not to mention relaxing in the hot tub while hearing the creek~pure bliss. Also, it's a short drive to Stevens Pass so it would be perfect if your planning on hitting up the resort. All around a wonderful home and I would highly recommend staying there.
The space was laid out very well and we never felt like we were on top of each other. I'd love to come back to see some horses :)
You guys did a great job. Thanks again for quickly resolving the cleaning issue. Again super sorry for your employees loss.
We loved almost everything about this cabin, excluding the driving directions, they were terrible. It is charming and they have many games, dishes and other amenities that some places do not include. A drawback is the master bedroom is not completely enclosed so it offers no noise barrier to the loft area.
The directions were terrible. It gave you a lot of information that was not needed and left out necessary land marks etc.
We took the kids and the dog and relaxed for a few days in the spring. There's a nice little loop for bikes in the driveway, and the creek is right there next to the cabin with a little beach to enjoy. The home is well equipped and was clean. It's a about 25 minutes from Leavenworth, but a very pretty drive. We really enjoyed our time there. Only complaint is the couple of fees you pay (booking fee, hot tub fee) and the couple of piles of construction debris laying around from some remodeling--but pretty minor issues. Would go back and would recommend.
