Nice quiet location!
This delightful place was just what we needed during graduation week. Lynn meet us the next morning after arrival to go over everything with us. She was a delight to talk to. The location is not too far out of town, but far enough to get away from the city and train noise that you sometimes hear. It was clean, and stocked with some added touches (folding camp chairs for patio, ice chest, movies, games, snack basket on arrival, bathroom accessories including extra toothbrushes!) We enjoyed the quick access to a trail/wash that we were able to get a mile walk in every morning. The property had some resident lizards in the front yard that was fun to watch skitter around from the eating area window and we saw many different birds. The patio and the hot tub was fun to sit in and view the night lights. I would recommend this place for a short or long term stay in Tucson. Thanks Lynne!
Thanks for the great review. It was nice meeting your family, especially on such a happy weekend - graduation AND Mothers Day! We do try very hard to make guests' living experiences at our house, whether long or short stay, everything that we expect on our family vacations. I'm glad to hear that we succeeded. Good luck to the grad and come back soon.
Very nice spacious home
We all enjoyed the house for our sisters' trip. A very thoughtful layout and furnishings by Lynne. The extra half bath came in handy and the hot tub was fun after playing tourists for the day. We recommend for larger groups too. Thank you Lynne!
Wonderful location, secluded yet close to city. Very near Desert Museum, Tucson Mountains and Saguaro West, airport and good restaurants.Home had everything you would need. Owners were easily accessible and quick to respond. Would definitely return.
Lovely, comfortable home with very gracious and attentive owners.
Thank you so much for staying with us. And glad you saw so many different species of birds while you were here. Arizona truly is a birders' paradise. You were here at a good time.
Comfortable and spacious home from home!
Lynne and Bill are kind and welcoming hosts and always make sure that we feel at home in their desert getaway -
While close enough to Tucson city life, we appreciate quiet evenings under the stars and cycles and walks on the small roads nearby. Neighbors are friendly when we meet them, and there is plenty of wildlife to entertain us. Lynne even offered the loan of a handheld black-light for a spot of nighttime scorpion hunting!
Our hosts also provide a container for our recyclables, something we appreciate.
We hope to keep coming back to our home from home!
Thank you Lynne and Bill
Always a pleasure seeing your group. Even the neighbors look forward to your return each year. We really appreciate your choosing our place and hope to see you for many more seasons.
This turned out to be a perfect location for us to visit with family the week after New Year’s
There was plenty of room for 5 adults and our granddaughter. And it was only 5 minutes from my sister’s home on the west side of Tucson.
Convenient and very peaceful location. Plus we had a chance to use the hot tub in the back yard each morning. The view of the Northwest part of Tucson was great, especially at night.
Lynne was a perfect host and greeted us shortly after we arrived.
We will certainly try to stay here again when we have another chance to visit our family.
It was great hosting your family. I'm glad there was plenty of room and that you enjoyed your visit with your sister. Thanks for the kind words on your review; we do our best to make everything clean and comfortable for our guests; the desert and magnificent views of the city and Catalina Mountains do the rest. We look forward to seeing you on your next trip out this way.

The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac with privacy on the 1 acre Saguaro studded land. Still, it is an easy 5-minute drive to local restaurants, shopping, downtown, hospitals, and the interstate.
