Situated on 1 acre at the end of a cul-de-sac at the base of the Tucson Mountains.
Oh how we love this property. It is so comfortable, cozy, clean and a perfect location. Lynne is always so accommodating with arrivals and departures and arrangements for bedroom set-up. We look forward to visiting family in Tucson because this home really makes it easy for us all to meet together. Lynne also arranged for a special visit from Santa for our 2 and 4 year old. Such a special place!
The house in the beautiful desert was delightful. Spacious, comfortable and decorated elegantly. We enjoyed the patio and the view of the deer, quail and birds. Everything was spotless and our thoughtful hosts even had a welcome basket waiting for us. It was very close to the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. We would love to stay there again!
We so enjoyed our stay at Lynne & Bills beautiful home. It was everything we needed for a little Thanksgiving holiday weekend with our family of four. Room for more if we needed it. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was by far the cleanest we have stayed in yet, even my husband said this, and he doesn't usually care like I do! Both Lynne and Bill were very accommodating to any needs we had while staying. The views from the back patio and jacuzzi were amazing, and the potential of seeing the wildlife that lives in our desert was exciting. We never saw any, but listened to the coyotes talk to each other a couple times. Great location too! If we ever have the need to stay in Tucson again, I will be contacting Lynne.
The property was just as advertised. The home was in excellent condition and Lynne was a most gracious and helpful host. The views of the city at night were great and the hot tub a delight. Finding the house the first time is a little tricky, but Lynne supplied an excellent map. It was great to be out of town in quiet and privacy, but still to be only a few minutes from shopping and restaurants.
My family from around the country was looking for an off-the-beaten-path place to gather for a few days to reconnect. My dad is more comfortable in the country and has mobility issues, so Lynne and Bill's place was perfect. Right outside the city limits, it was convenient to the mountains and to activities around town. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed (and some things we didn't know we needed!) A stocked game cabinet and a basket of goodies greeted us when we arrived. Our hosts even helped us find a place to rent a wheelchair to keep us all together for a day of museums and exploring.
When we're ready for a return trip, we all agree this is the place to be!
We stayed at Lynne and Bill's property to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from U of A. We arrived late in the evening and were very impressed when we opened the door after a long drive from Denver. The property was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. Lynne was very accommodating and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the covered back porch, watching the wildlife (deer, coyotes, quail, etc.) and watching the sunset. What a great way to experience the Sonoran desert up close! The house was well supplied with everything we needed for the week and it was nice to cook at "home" instead of eating at restaurants all the time. We had a great experience and highly recommend! Five Stars!
Located at the base of the Tucson Mountains, the property has sweeping views of the Tucson Valley and the magnificient Santa Catalina Mountain range. The property is at the end of a cul-de-sac with privacy on the 1 acre Saguaro studded land. Still, it is an easy 5-minute drive to local restaurants, shopping, downtown, hospitals, and the interstate.
