We only rent this property through HomeAway, VRBO and VRLBI, so come and enjoy our wonderful newer vacation home (built in 2000) on Long Beach Island. A memorable vacation awaits families at this ideal location - a quiet new development only only one block off the bay and two streets to the ocean. Perfect street for kids to ride bikes and to walk due to low car traffic. Walk to the end of the block to fish, crab and enjoy incredible sunsets on the bay. Our 2,300 square foot home offers an open layout incorporating a large kitchen with center island, an eating area as well as the main living room with gas fireplace. Enjoy the sunroom off the kitchen for great sunlight and privacy with French doors. Enjoy views from one of three decks. Large covered deck off the main living floor offers cool breezes and shade from the sun - a perfect spot for out door eating as well as relaxing. Second story deck off of the bedrooms offers an excellent place to sunbathe in private. Rooftop deck offers ocean and bay views. 8 Person hot tub and walk to stores.

Sunsets on the bay are an event every evening to be enjoyed from the home. Take advantage of the 8 person hot tub in our fenced in private yard. Large outside hot shower is a enjoyable experience in itself. As an added bonus at the end of the street there is a supermarket and fabulous ice cream parlor - all this convenience within walking distance of this wonderful home.

Great location

Wonderful beach house ! Our family has stayed in this house for 3 weeks every Summer for the past 6 years and plan on continuing the tradition. We all love the covered deck , hot tub and close proximity to

the beach, bay and the Acme. The owners that bought the house 2 seasons ago continue to make improvements. We look forward to many more summers here.

This is our second year in this beautiful home. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. The house is just fabulous and our family (10 adults and three kids) had a wonderful time. We could spread out and enjoy all the rooms...particularly the covered front porch where we spent most of our days. The kitchen is stocked with every possible item and there are many, many bowls of every size so that feeding a family is easy! We enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. The home is immaculate and every amenity that you would need is provided. We had a wonderful week!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

This is our third year on LBI renting this house. It is everything you see in the photos and more. We are a group of six, 4 adults and 2 children. It is spacious, clean and the location is awesome. The house is located on a quiet street so our grandsons can ride their bikes and play ball all the time. We walk to the beach, ACME grocery store and Skipper Dipper, incredible ice cream. We will be renting again next year.

This house has all the comforts of home and more. Plenty of room for everyone to relax after a great day at the beach, which is just a short walk from the front door. The owners keep the property spotless clean put effort in to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Great, as usual...

This property in Peahala on Long Beach Island has everything we need and want. We rent several houses for the week for a family get together and this is our "away from the beach, quiet retreat". It fits that bill perfectly. It's a shame we spend so much time elsewhere during the beach week because this house has it all and is immaculate. The only downside I can think of is that there is sometimes some noise from the grocery store nearby but that only seems to affect one or two rooms. Overall, a nice location, a great property and super easy-to-work-with owners.

Another Great Summer!

This is our second trip to 'Seahala' and we had an absolutely fantastic trip. We live in Southern California and journey to the Jersey Shore every summer for 3 weeks. You cannot beat this home with regards to spaciousness, cleanliness, location, amenities and the thoughtfulness of the owners. They have asked, "What can we do to make your stay more enjoyable?" and last year we mentioned that the dryer was a little we walked in this year and found a brand new dryer AND washer. They truly care about their guests' experience. Thanks to Frank and Elise for another great summer of memories for my family.
