This beautiful 3rd floor (NO ELEVATOR), light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is 1,100 sq ft and located in the quiet and convenient Stoneleigh Condominiums on Gracy Farms Lane, half a mile from the Domain shopping mall and new Whole Foods. The unit is fully furnished with brand-new furnishings and newly renovated with new quartz countertops, cabinets, and vanities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a King bed and has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains a daybed that pulls out to a double, and a desk and chair. There is also a walk-in closet in that room, through the attached bath. The unit also contains a full-sized washer and dryer and a nice balcony and with storage room. There is a gorgeous sparkling pool and even a gym on the property. Covered parking space included. There's NO carpet in the unit. The unit is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, towels, sheets, hair dryer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Rent Includes All Utilities: high-speed internet and WiFi, cable, electricity and water.

It's located by the Domain shopping mall in North Austin and all the tech companies, and is a short drive to Round Rock. Amenities include a beautiful pool and gym.
We stayed here two months while waiting for our permanent home. Owner is so wonderful and responsive. Condo is nicely remodeled and has everything you need. We have two pre-schoolers who spent loads of time at the pool. Very nice neighbors as well and location is close to everything you need.
Ellen's property was exactly as advertised. The condo and common areas are well kept and verry quite. My wife and I enjoyed our stay.
My wife and I rented this condo for ourselves and our 4-year-old daughter. We are staying for just over two months from October to December, 2015. As I write, we're still at the unit, enjoying our time in Austin with family and friends.
In general, this condo is fantastic, the owner is attentive, and the location is ideal. I work for a company with offices in the Domain (I walk to work) and we have in-home care for our daughter with friends in north Austin. Life is good!
The listing on HomeAway undersells the unit a bit - it's more spacious than the pictures convey. There's plenty of room here for a small family of three. Two couples or a family with two kids might make the space work as well. We've comfortably hosted three guests for dinner in addition to the three of us.
The covered parking that comes with the unit is great. Non-reserved parking spaces are extremely small and extremely limited. This is occasionally an issue for us when we load and unload our bikes from the roof rack of our car (the bikes can't fit on the car in the covered parking).
We've had a couple issues outside of the owners control: the neighbor across the hall is quiet, but odd (leaves bagged garbage in the common area occasionally, spray painted some items in the hall) and the condo mailboxes were vandalized during our stay (we didn't have anything go missing).
Pros: Spacious unit, recently remodeled, reasonably appointed, close to the Domain, covered parking, large closets, plenty of storage space, nice facility pool, very quiet 3rd-floor unit, owner is very responsive, WiFi has been reliable.
Cons: Remodel has a few rough edges (e.g. kitchen faucet doesn't retract well, dishwasher is a bit rickety, flooring hastily installed), kitchen would benefit from better cooking utensils, limited guest parking, condo recycling containers are always full.
I would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to family and friends. Ellen is a very conscientious owner and we're only her second guests at this unit - I'm confident she'll work out some of the kinks to make this a five-star property.
We are located by the upscale Domain shopping mall, which also contains many restaurants and the new Whole Foods Market. We are also walking distance from IBM and a stone's throw from National Instruments and many other tech companies.
