Perfect for family and small kids

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing vacation with plenty of things to do at the house, in the community, and nearby. The owners were also very accommodating.

Great Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Debbie could not have been more helpful with booking this beautiful lakefront home. The pictures are very accurate. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the TV is large and in HD (we rented the house Super Bowl weekend). We went during the winter and the fire pit was great. Debbie even arranged for all the firewood to be waiting for us next to the firepit. Enjoyed the house so much that we want to come back in the spring when we can take advantage of the kayak/cornhole/dock/beach. One big advantage during the winter is that the fireplace is very warm and makes for a cozy winter getaway despite the 20 degree temperatures outside and the large glass windows (that provide the nice lake view through the trees). There were no issues whatsoever and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lakeside Paradise

  • 5 of 5

I can't remember the last time that our family had such a relaxing and fun filled vacation. Debbie, the owner, was so helpful. She made us feel right at home. The lake was beyond beautiful. The house was clean, comfortable and set up with everything we needed to have a great vacation. We loved kayaking on the lake and having s'mores by the fire pit. We will definitely return as soon as possible because this house is a house for all seasons! Thank You Debbie!

Awesome House. Beautiful Lake. Great Owner.

  • 5 of 5

Debbie (the owner) was extremely nice and very accommodating.

The house itself was very nice, clean, and even better then the pictures. The kitchen is a little small, but there is still enough space to do meal prep and a massive table for everyone to eat together. The wrap around deck is an added bonus when the weather is nice. When the weather isn't so nice, the basement is a perfect hangout with pingpong table and a huge tv for playing games or watching movies.

The best part of the entire house is the lake. Its not a very big lake, which means its very quiet, peaceful and calming. The 3 kayaks and rowboat made paddling around the lake very enjoyable.

I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area. I fully expect to be back there myself next year or sooner.

Thanks for everything Debbie!

- Matt

Beautiful Lakehouse with Incredibly Nice Owner

  • 5 of 5

My childhood friends and I meet annually for a reunion, which is always planned for Upstate NY or Poconos. We've rented at least 5 houses now and this one was our favorite. The entire process was simple from the first communication with an extremely cheerful and responsive Owner (Debbie) to the online payment (Paypal) to arriving at this beautiful house. The only hard part was leaving.

Our group of 7 loved every aspect of this house.

- Well kept-up home with comfortable furniture and ample amount of space.

- Comfortable sleeping locations for 7 (+ couches for sleeping if needed)

- Plenty of indoor space (for a cold + snowy April snow)

- Plenty of outdoor space including a deck, dock, beach and firepit

- Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances/utensils you need

- TWO EXCELLENT entertainment systems allowing for no fights over what to watch when we were snowed in

- Easy check-in/check-out process

Debbie, we can't thank you enough for renting us your home and for your over-the-top hospitality. We look forward to renting from you again!

Wonderful Stay!

  • 5 of 5

- Outstanding communication with Owner, Debbie. Extremely flexible in terms of call hours and response time!

- Amenities were excellent, very clean as well. We did not even have to scrub the grill before we threw our burgers on :)

- House was everything and more than we were looking for in a getaway vacation spot for our soon to be married roommate!

- The water and weather were beautiful.

- Would strongly recommend to a friend, and would happily stay here again on future trips through the Pocono Mountains.
