Recently remodeled (2015) 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Unit (1430 sq. ft.) on the 7th floor of Tower 3.
New bathrooms, new sliding balcony doors, new carpet in bedrooms, all walls freshly painted.
King bed in master and 2 Queens in guest room. No Sleeper Sofa.
3 flat screen TV’s, 2 DVD’s, 1 VCR. Large flat screen in living Room.
Open kitchen with new fridge. Black granite counter tops. Stacked washer/dryer.
Unit is tiled with newly carpeted bedrooms. Open carpeted balcony with new sliding glass doors accessing the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom.
View the shoreline and listen to the waves from the balcony. Just steps away from the private beach and swimming pool.
Balcony faces the water with some shoreline view, but good water view. Beach access is not an issue with no roads to cross and a walkway from Tower 3 to both the beach and the pool (see pic showing just how close you really are to the water!).

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. Depending on the season and demand, rates are negotiable. If reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to booked check in date, funds received are refunded except a $50 cancellation fee, a $55 taxable management fee, and any credit card transaction fees paid by the owner (typically 2.5% of amount charged). If cancelled less than 30 days prior to booked check in date, no funds are refunded. However, if the owner is able to rent the unit, a partial refund will be made after a $50 cancellation fee, a taxable $55 management fee, a commission to the management company (varies based on rental amount), and any credit card transaction fees paid by the owner are deducted. Pets are not allowed at Shoreline Towers. Owners cannot make exceptions to the pet policy. A $400 damage/theft deposit is required; however, the $400.00 will be refunded within 14 business days if no damage or theft occurs during your stay.
