Casale apartment, just renovated, is an adorable space located on the fifth floor of a recently refurbished building, with concierge service and lift. The plan, of 80 square meters, is simple and functional: a wide-open space contains the living area, the dining area and the open kitchen. The windows of the living area open onto a terrace overlooking via Casale, a pedestrian street. From the living area guests have access to two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Casale can accommodate up to 5 people.
The Living area consists of a large and bright space, characterized by a modern style, with parquet flooring and bright red and white walls. From television area with sofa and armchairs to the dining table, every detail has been designed to make the environment comfortable and functional.
Casale apartment has a modern and fully equipped kitchen, with white lacquered wood cabinet and top in black stone, with steel and marble details. Guests can freely dispose of the fridge and freezer, gas hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom is designed to give to guests a homey and joyful experience. It has cream and apple green walls, parquet flooring and a lot of colorful pictures. Here guests can find a king size bed, spacious and comfortable, a wide wardrobe, two night tables, and a desk with chair.
From the main bedroom guests can access to the main bathroom, fully lined with pale grey and blue mosaic. The bathroom is equipped with modern design chrome taps, bathroom fixture and a wide shower.
In addition to the master bedroom, the apartment also has a second bedroom, simple and cozy. Here you can find a single bed with pullout bed a single sofa bed, a built in wood wardrobe and a desk with chair. The entire room is decorated with wooden details.
From the living room guests can access to the second bathroom, still lined with grey mosaic. The bathroom is equipped with modern design chrome taps, bathroom fixture and a wide shower, washing machine and dryer.

5 Sterne:Die Wohnung stimmt genau mit den Angaben und Bildern im Internet überein. Sie ist gut ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, Bügelbrett usw). Sehr sauber, Bettwäsche und Badetücher alles vom feinsten. Wir waren 5 Personen und hatten genügend Platz.Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Im 5. Stock (Lift) ist es auch sehr ruhig, obwohl man direkt bei der autofreien Partymeile ist. Und der Dachbalkon, mit Sicht auf die Hinterhöfe ist einfach schön. Die Metro (direkte Linie vom Bahnhof) und das Tram sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt, Bars, Restaurants alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
2 Sterne: Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr schwach. So hatten wir bis 2 Tage vor der Anreise, keine direkte Adresse oder Telefonnummer von ihm, was uns verunsicherte, da wir den vollen Betrag schon bezahlt hatten. Als dann durch den FWEO-Kundendienst eine Aufforderung an ihn gestellt wurde, klappte es dann bestens!
The Navigli Neighborhood is an authentic symbol of the Old Milan. The Navigli area was used centuries ago for freight and people transport, but the advancement of new infrastructures contributed to a progressive flow’s state of abandon. In this manner between 1929 and 1930 the Navigli were largely bury for hygienically and mobility reasons.
Today is a valued residential area and furthermore benefits from the presence of many stylish bars, restaurants and clubs. You can find, indeed, right a few steps from the apartment, Via Tortona and Via Savona district, which hosts the most important fashion and design events.
All the main services are available in the neighborhood of Casale apartment: the M2 (Green line) Porta Genova metro station, just two minutes walk from the apartment. In Via Solari you can find a supermarket (Esselunga) and right two minutes away there’s a pharmacy. A private car park is also located a few hundred metres away (Via Tortona). Milan is equipped with a bike sharing line well structured. In this way the guest can go around the city open air and quickly.
