Set on five and a half acres of level land with a private sandy beach (perfect for little ones to play on) and extra large dock with a diving board. Property has many views as it has a point of land and private cove. Pristine island dotted views and views of untouched shoreline towards Hardy Lake Provincial Park. Close to East Bay Marina and the Kettles for swimming and sailing.
MAIN COTTAGE: Three bedrooms (queen - master, three singles, double / single bunk bed), full bath (tub/shower), kitchen (stove/oven, full frig, dishwasher), living room with large bay window and stone fireplace, dining room, Muskoka room, washer/ dryer. Just off the dining room a stone patio located 50 feet from the water.
GUEST COTTAGE: Two bedrooms (queen bed, three singles), full bath (tub/shower), kitchen (full frig, stovetop, dishwasher), living area with two sliding glass doors and wood burning stove, mudroom with washer/dryer. Deck with a view of the beach / lake.
BUNKIE: Four single beds (directly behind main cottage)

East Bay Marina is down the road by car or two bays over by boat. You can purchase gas for your boat or visit their convenience store for candy, ice cream, Don's Bakery items, boating supplies, worms, etc.
The Kettles Association is a short boat ride away and is a great place to enroll your children of all ages in swimming or sailing lessons. It is a great way to get to know other kids in the area. Visit kettles.org for more information.
Located between Walker's Point and Bala off 169 and East Bay Road, this cottage is a short trip by car or boat to Bala, Port Carling or Gravenhurst. Visit the farmer's markets in Bala and Gravenhurst during your visit. Also short drive to Hardy Lake Provincial Day Park where you can visit Hardy Lake or hike family friendly trails.
