Tsim Sha Tsui and Yau Ma Tei are the twin poles of Kowloon's microcosm. Chinese culture with surprising stores and markets are as common as golden shiny Super Malls. And here you're as likely to encounter the sound of a dark coloured Cantonese singsong or the bright frizzled Mandarin and all kind of languages from Western countries.
If diversity is de rigueur our Penthouse style TickTock apartment might be the sharpest apartment yet. A melting pot of the modern West and the traditional Hong Kong style, you'll find new leather chairs, a marble dinner table, classic beautiful beds with leather headboards and more comfortable mattresses and exclusive bed linen, newly renovated bathrooms and a balcony as extension from the dining area. Have a glass of wine while enjoying the Ocean view and a starred Chinese sky.
To say nothing of the incredible variety of markets and all kind of foods you can imagine. If you are up to shopping till you drop - that's the place to be.
Although it's a small white kitchen it is distinctly contemporary and offers all modern appliances. After dinner head for the coziness of the cushioned sofa, or relax in one of 4 nicely set up bedrooms.
When it comes time to flick off the light take time to admire the scenic window view.

Hong Kong International Airport, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong is 28 minutes away from the apartment.
Canton Road 33 Hong Kong Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal via Canton Rd is 7 minutes away from the apartment.
Cars are recommended.
MTR Yau Ma Tei Station is just 1 minute walking distance away from the apartment.
If you still want to know how to get from the airport to the apartment by yourself, please read here:
The Airport Express takes passengers to Kowloon in just 10 minutes. Quick and comfortable, trains depart at about 10-minute intervals from 05:54 to 23:28 and approximately 12-minute intervals from 23:28 to 00:48 daily.
Passengers taking the Airport Express can enjoy the free In-town Check-in service in Hong Kong and Kowloon Stations to check in between 90 minutes and one full day ahead of their scheduled flight departure time.
Free shuttle bus service is available, taking passengers from Kowloon or Hong Kong stations to most major hotels and transport interchanges. Passengers can also enjoy free porter service at all Airport Express stations.
Passengers can get through minibus and public light bus and a taxi to Yau Ma Tei Station, most preferably, you could get there by walking.
TO NATHAN ROAD:
Take a taxi from airport to Nathan road, presuming the south end where hotels are, is about 30km but when you add the toll fees and waiting time the total price is around HK$230 for a trip.
Take the wonderful Airport Express train from inside the airport building all the way to Kowloon Station. that's 2 stops in the train, takes only about 20 minutes. But then it is a bus or a taxi from the station to Nathan Road, it is not really walkable. The train ticket is $90 though buying online gets you a small discount.
China Ferry Terminal is next to Nathan Road and it is a good interesting walk, you can actually walk through Kowloon Park to get there. Take the pedestrian bridge into the park and walk downhill all the way to the Park Lane Shoppers Boulevard, which is a row of shops backing onto the park and facing Nathan Road.
Alternatively, you can take taxi, which is perfectly reasonable if you have a lot of luggage with you, and it will cost you less than $50 to anywhere in the Road from the terminal.
House Rules: Please... no party without acknowledgment and confirmation, no smoking but only on the balcony/ garden, no drugs, eg.
Besides the risk of losing your deposit (apartment gets checked after your check out) it would be sad to lose the apartment due to inappropriate behaviour. Again - please use your common sense.
My family and I have throughly enjoyed our stay and experience in Leo's apartment.
I am going to leave a review, which is nothing, but the truth in all aspects of overall experience of staying at this apartment.
The location of the apartment was as described in the lisitng, accurate and perfect.
Directly below the building, will be the urban shopping districts, where you get to experience the hustle and bustle of local, living, breathing Hongkong. Situated between two MTR stations, very easy to get about as stated.
This apartment is situated at the top floor, so a good view also comes with it. Take special note, that many famous and popular districts are around the corner and within walking distance if you are up for it.
If you are interested in visiting some of the neighbouring islands or to head to the theme park, the location is less ideal. Take special note, that if you are heading to places faraways, be prepared to pay upwards of HKD 150++ in taxi fares. The train takes up to 30 mins to an hours if you're heading away from the urban districts.
I had the pleasure of speaking to Harese, our house attendant who responds to all enquiries swiftly without doubt. This is very helpful for my family and I, who has only been to HongKong twice.
Nonetheless, I would the apartment is as described in the listing, very ideal for big families, and for those who have a love for non-stop shopping! I would recommend this apartment for those who love city life, who absolutely love shopping, and for those who want to experience a Hong Konger's daily living.
An excellent experience. The apartment we had rented had a last minute problem and Leo found us this wonderful apartment in a great area of Hong Kong. It was beautifully furnished, very clean and everything we could have needed was provided. I would recommend using Leo to anyone who wants a great place to stay in Hong Kong at a price that is considerably better than others are charging. We were a very happy group of three and would come back again to the same place.
Unfortunately this rental did not live up to what is advertised. Althoughvery clean it is definitely NOT disabled friendly once in the apartment. Space around bed and in bathrooms totally inadequate for disabled movement despite being told it would be before booking. It is NOT a luxurious penthouse like apartment. As advertised, with water stained roof and walls and peeling paint. Entry hall is in a disgraceful state. Electric points were either not working or in a dangerous state when we arrived. However, the lovely manager rectified this quickly once notified. Howevr this meant the loss of a day touring to remain in apartment. Work was being carried out on the building involving drilling, hammering and removal of plaster. Apart from the affect on our peaceful enjoyment the whole of the outside of the apartment had scaffolding and netting and plastic sheeting obscuring all views and necessitated us keeping windows shut. One aircon did not function and the fridge leaked over the kitchen floor. The owner/manager would have known all of this prior to our arrival as rhere were notices mounted in the common area dating back weeks, plus all owners received individual notices in their letter boxes. The host did NOT Inform us or provide the option of a refund on what was a bery ecpensive spartment. We feel totally cheated bh this host and would be very wary of booking in this way again.
Great location and very spacious living by HK standards. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit. Convienietly located next to the MTR and loads of ammenities in the immediate area. Thanks again Leo!
Great place. Wish we could of stayed for all the nights we paid for. But an emergency plumbing leak kept us out of the apartment.
Leo handled very well. stayed in a place in Hong Kong. But it did not compare to this place, and location. The driver he provided for us was amazing. An War was his name know city like the back of his hands, also speaks Cantonese very well.
Would stay there again.
We got upgraded to another apartment due to specific requirements of our group.
The apartment was perfect for our needs. We were a group of 5 adults + 1 kid, and the apartment was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The location of the apartment was fantastic - right in the middle of everything. The apartment was well furnished, and it had everything that we needed. We had a very nice holiday, will stay here again on our next trip.
