Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The home was clean and in a quiet culdasac. It was very close to the bike paths and aquatic center. The home had everything you need.
We biked the entire area. Spent time at the ranch with our two year old son who took his first pony ride. Best $15 ever spent! We used Chuckie's to rent electric bikes and just had a blast! Chuckie's were great guys. Even loaned us a cable to run a tv extension (for an important game)!
We made the most of our weekend a good time but thought the house was not kept up on. The pictures shown are obviously not in the winter months. We couldn't access the deck or BBQ because of the snow and ice and found it frustrating that the majority of the dishes In the house were dirty and needed washed. With a little TLC this is a good spot for a good price. Close to the SHARC and village which was nice.
Very cozy, great location, good layout for 3 families. We had 3 old mellow dogs and 3 not so mellow kids. We had a great time. Thank you.
The location was great! Close to the SHARC, tubing hill and the village.
Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen needs a few upgraded pans and supplies.
Our WIFI did not work for the last 3 days we were there and couldn't be fixed even after we called maintenance. This made it difficult to use our devices for movies, weather reports and just basic communication.
Overall good experience.
I originally rented the house so my family would have a place to stay when I was at a conference. Through some odd circumstances, my daughter and I wound up being the only guests! It was far too much house for us--but an absolute delight to stay in--and would be oh so perfect for a group with grandparents--the grandparents could stay at one end of the house in an isolated master suite, and the parents and kids could stay at the other end in the other two bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms would make it really easy for a large group!. The house was spotless, the fireplace great, and the kitchen well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
