Sunriver boasts the premier recreational activities in the Northwest, from snow sports in winter to golf, kayaking and horseback riding in the warmer months. When you stay at 1 Raccoon Lane, all the fun is right outside your door.
This classic, comfortable Sunriver vacation home is located just off Circle 2, which offers quick access to paved bike trails that traverse the area. The house features four adult bikes and a child's bike for an easy ride to the newly renovated Village at Sunriver. The Village is filled with restaurants, shops and even our local ice cream and candy store. You're also minutes away from SHARC, the fabulous new aquatic center with pools, play areas, a year-round tubing hill and much more. You receive six free passes to SHARC for your stay.
You'll find all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated, one-story home that boasts 1,700 square foot. The great room living area has an inviting stone fireplace, a cathedral ceiling with skylights and large windows looking out onto a quiet cul-de-sac and a secluded forest. The living area adjoins a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, which access a wraparound deck complete with a barbecue.
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this vacation home contains plenty of room for your family or a group of golf buddies. The remodeled master suite has its own private wing with a full bath, Queen bed and French doors that open to the deck. Two other sleeping areas include a queen bedroom with bath and a two-twin bedroom.
If you want a Sunriver vacation home that is a stone's throw to SHARC, look no further. You can soak up the sun on the deck in summer and in winter, snuggle up by the fireplace or gather around the dining table for games. 1 Raccoon Lane even welcomes dogs (with a small nightly fee) - with Fido by your side, it will feel even more like home.

About Vacasa, OR - Central Oregon Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Pictures were very deceiving.
The pictures were very flattering of this house. The furniture is dated and the bed pillows all need to be replaced. The house is like a cozy 80's cabin and has a nice propane fireplace. A TV in the living room would be great too. We enjoyed our stay but the house was not what we were expecting. The trains going by several times per night was also not so wonderful.
Wonderful property!! 4.75 stars
Had a wonderful stay at 1 Raccoon Ln. Enjoyed spending the evenings on the deck and mornings by the fireplace. 4 stars only because 2 of the 3 toilets were not very efficient and I wish it had a hot tub. More like 4.75 stars!
Great little house in great location
This is a sweet little house in a great location, especially for younger kids. Biking was easy, with SHARC and Village just a short distance away. A few updates could be made to furniture to make it cozier. Otherwise, we loved it.
4 Day getaway - should've stayed somewhere else.
I don't want to start off with negative comments on the property. So I'll say it was a cute little place. But, very outdated. Furniture was very old, and though this is a pet friendly unit and some smells to be expected, the smell of pet urine is very prevalent. To the point that carpet needs to be replaced. The number one thing I wish I would have known about was the train that passes by less than 100 meters from the house, 3- times a night. Shakes the house. You get that on that side of Sun River House is very dark. Its under trees, so not a whole lot of natural light. though. Lesson learned. It is pretty close to the Sharc and comes with 8 passes, which was fun to relax after a day of adventures. Bike path is within 200 meters from property too. I will personally not choose this place or area next time we go to Sunriver, and will try to find something else. Property management place seems to be pretty good though.
Old interior, worn out, close to noisy train
The pictures look way better than the actual house. Interior is very old and worn out. House is also very close to a rail track, the train woke us up every night. While Sunriver is great, I do not recommend this house. Por value for money
House interior is worn out, location close to noisy train
While sunriver is a great place to stay, I would not recommend the house. Interior is old and worn out. While the house is close to SHARC it is also close to the train, it woke us up twice every night. Overall: not recommended
