Guests have a private bedroom and access to the shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

**We do require everyone to fill out the pre-arrival form as our Insurance company needs it. Failure to do so will merit booking cancellation.

**Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you

**For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($110)

**Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises might lead to: $250 fine/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs.

**Strictly "no parties" allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $250 fine and eviction.

**We do require sending a photo of the ID for newly created accounts that don't have reviews/recommendations yet from the other hosts.

NO SHOES IN THE PROPERTY (Kindly take off your shoes/slippers/etc before going inside the property)

Every guest should complete Superhog's verification before their arrival date. Failure to pass the verification will result in cancellation of the reservation.

For same-day reservations or last-minute bookings, guest is consenting to not check-in until Superhog's verification is complete.

Failure to complete the Superhog verification within 30 mins of booking confirmation will result in cancellation of the booking.

Failure to pass Superhog's verification will result in the cancellation of the booking.

**By sending us a booking request, you are consenting to all our house rules, and that includes using Superhog to run guest verification upon acceptance of the booking.
