This beautiful 1349 square foot, 3-bedroom condo (which sleeps 6 guests) is perfect for a lovely stay in Park City! Located directly across the street -Steps Away- from the Park City Mountain Resort Ski Lifts and with a bus stop just across the street, it's conveniently located on the Park City Municipal Golf Course. For cross-country skiers, the golf course has 3, 5 and 10 kilometer loops.
In the summer, the condo features great access to biking, hiking trails and Park City Resort activities. It's a leisure walk to Historic Main Street in Old Town for great shopping, dining and night life.
The rustically decorated living room is welcoming and homey, with a warm, Gas Fireplace and fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy cooking your own meals using the stainless steel appliances including a stove, oven and crockpot or grab a quick snack using the toaster, toaster oven and coffee pot. The large dining table seats eight guests and is perfect for hosting a delicious dinner.
The den includes two couches, two La-Z-Boy recliners and a 48" LCD Television with Blu-Ray Player and a selection of DVDs. Or just enjoy watching your favorite shows using the provided HD Cable TV. There's a small half-bathroom located right off the living area. The home also has a gas fireplace for warmth in the winter and Central Air-Conditioning and ceiling fans to keep it comfortable in the summer. There's even a Pack-n-Play for little ones to enjoy.
Downstairs, enjoy a large Master bedroom with a King-sized bed, 32" television and attached bathroom (with a tub/shower combination.) Upstairs, there's another Master bedroom with King-sized bed and 28" LCD TV. The third bedroom has two twin bunkbeds with a twin trundle (sleeping for 5) and a small TV. There's another full bathroom upstairs as well, with another shower/bath combination.
A laundry room with a full-sized Washer and Dryer make it easy to clean ski or hiking clothes. An iron and ironing board are also included.
Outside, enjoy a charcoal BBQ Grill during warmer months. The property includes access to the Clubhouse, which contains a Heated Pool, Hot Tub and Sauna for family fun.

Timber Wolf condos are new and very upscale. This unit was immaculate and well- furnished. However, it is quite stairway dominated. Underground garage parking is mandatory because the main floor door can't be locked/unlocked from outside and there is almost no outside, street level parking available. Very steep stair from garage to main floor, then another stair to the bedrooms. Appointments inside are new and nice but nothing extra at all. Not even salt and pepper in kitchen. TVs are smallest on the market. Towels are Motel 6 thin. Bar soap is almost silly - so thin it shatters when inevitably dropped in the shower. Otherwise, bathrooms are very nice. Portable A/C unit for one bedroom was useful addition for summer visit. Outside deck is too cramped and viewless to be worth using. Hot tubs are next door and nice except 3-part covers are so heavy it takes two grown men to move each section out of the way. Despite good windows this unit has effectively no view except tree tops and sky and condo next door.
