A great family get a way spot! 1Queen bed, 2 single beds, 2 fold out singles.

Spend your precious vacation time relaxing at this beautiful single family home located less than 2 miles from Hollywood Beach. Safely walk, bike or drive to the beach and all that Hollywood has to offer - there is ample parking. Check out the video's in the links section for some great ideas about nearby attractions.

Start and end your day soaking in the private hot tub. Walk to the nearby Publix Grocery store to get supplies if you want to eat in or walk to the many shops and restaurants along Hollywood Blvd if you'd rather dine out. Fully equipped indoor kitchen with all appliances and granite counters. Or, use the outdoor kitchen with a counter, sink and refrigerator out by the hot tub.

Two well decorated, clean and comfortable bedrooms with one bathroom.

One bedroom has a nicely appointed queen sized bed with a closet and ample storage space.

The other bedroom has two single beds.

There are also two ottomans that unfold into single beds - perfect for kids or small adults. We supply a comfy memory foam mattress topper if you want to push the two together and use that as an additional full bed.

Use the outdoor shower for when you come in from the beach to rinse off.

When you need to slow down and get out of the sun, enjoy a TV with a DVD in the Living room and each bedroom.

This is a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. We like our neighbors so we are pretty strict about keeping the atmosphere friendly and quiet. No parties - no more than 6 people including children may be on the property at any time! We ask that you keep your voices low in the evening outside so as not to disturb our neighbors.

I provide 2 bikes for your use at your own risk as long as they are working. I can not guarantee - the beach is tough on bikes! But I do my best to keep them working well, and provide a lock. There are also 4 chairs and an umbrella there now...sometimes they disappear, but if there are there, you are welcome to use them.

Note: You will be renting this as a 2 bedroom/1 bath house. Our master suite and garage stays locked and is not for guest use, but nobody else will be at the house when you are there.

Minimum rental age: 25.

Great house in a great neighborhood

One of those HomeAway properties that is actually better than the profile would have you believe. The owner is responsive and the place is very well equipped. We’ll stay again if we can.

Easy Breezy and Perfect Location!

This was a fantastic experience! I had a relaxing reunion with 3 of my girlfriends and Scott's place was perfect! The backyard is a true oasis and we found the location to be close to the boardwalk, grocery stores, and restaurants! Easy communication and seriously the cutest house! Will definitely book again if I'm back in the area! :)

Beautiful home and great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Scott's home! He was a great host and the house was lovely and very clean and well maintained. Stylish as well. We also enjoyed the location, Hollywood is a very nice area and the home was within walking distance to a great park and grocery stores, food trucks, restaurants, etc. I only have one small suggestion for improvement, we had a need to do a little laundry while we were there (many guests may not) and access to a laundry room would have been convenient but it was not a necessity and did not in any way ruin our experience or our stay.

Owner's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. For future reference, the house does come with access to a washer/dryer. This guest must have missed that in the instructions. It is located in a closet just off the courtyard and the key to the house opens that door. Guests are welcome to use it.

Originally from the Philly area, I now live in Raleigh NC most of the year, and spend as much time as possible in Paradise - aka Hollywood FL. I travel frequently, so I know how important a vacation is. I'll do everything I can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. This home is a new purchase for me in 2015 - moving up from a condo. I love being close to the beach, but it is really nice to have a home away from the hustle and bustle and sometimes noise of the beach and boardwalk. This house allows me to relax in peace, soak in the hot tub, shop and dine on Hollywood Blvd, and even get around without a car when I fly in for a quick trip. I like the quiet of a private home in a nice historic neighborhood - yet less than 2 miles to the beauty of the South Florida beaches.
