About Corrie Vos
My husband and I co-own Sunscape with my sister and her husband. They live in Ancaster, Ontario, and we live in Grand Rapids, MI. We regularly enjoy being here together. Because of the split design, with the master suite on the one side of the house and the 2nd bedroom, den and bath with its own private area, we enjoy time together and yet each of us has a private area to which we can retire when we need our own personal time and space. Similarly, when one of us couples are here by themselves, we enjoy having guests who enjoy their own private area. We love playing golf, cycling, swimming, dining out, and just relaxing in the sun and inside our comfortable house.
Corrie Vos purchased this House in 2008
Why Corrie Vos chose Hemingway
Sunscape is at 734 Chapman Loop, near the Havana Country Club, and near the junction of Morse Blvd and CR 466A. It is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride from Colony Recreational Center and Colony Plaza shopping center. It is equidistant from Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood town centers, where restaurants, theatres, additional shopping, and lively nightly entertainment can be found. County Road 466A provides easy access to Wildwood, and the Florida Turnpike to Orlando. I-75 is just 5 miles beyond Wildwood.
What makes this House unique
Staying in The Villages gives you access to the many facilities and interest groups for which the community is well known. In addition, here you are within an easy drive to Disney World and other popular attractions. Also, there are many local attractions as well. Some examples are The Withlacoochee Rail trail which runs through varied terrain, ranging from lake and swamp, to forest, and finally some sandy, dry upland. In season the flowers are spectacular and the varied habitats support diverse bird populations and other wildlife, and opportunities to canoe rivers.

Beautiful family home in The Villages
We are a family of 6...2 adults and 4 teenage children who spent a month in Corrie and Marys beautiful home in The Villages.
The house is presented in immaculate condition and is beautifully furnished. It is literally a home away from home with every convenience imaginable provided. It is extremely well located in The Villages which has something for every age group. We were very close to pools, recreation centres, shops, cinemas, restaurants and the many golf clubs.
A golf cart is provided for use by guests.
Corrie and Mary were extremely easy to deal with ... we had one query when we arrived and they phoned us immediately to answer the query. They sorted out guest passes to all the amenities and provided plenty of local information in the house.
The Villages is a great base for exploring Florida...we easily travelled to theme parks in Orlando, The Kennedy Space Centre, Clearwater Beach and St.Augustine to mention but a few.
We would unreservedly recommend 'Sunscape' to any holiday maker and would love to return in the future!

Very comfortable home in a great location.
We were only there for a week and found the home well equipped and comfortable The location is near good golf courses, practice facilities, grocery shopping and a variety of dining. The Villages is the best place we know for a golfing vacation. Lots of courses and many of them easy access by the included golf cart. The Villages is amazing. This year as our seventh and never disappoints.
Property highly recommended in The Villages
Wonderful home in The Villages. Clean, well furnished. Huge master suite with king bed, two walk-in closets, vanity with double sinks and separate bath/shower/toilet area. Very roomy. Second bedroom with queen bed and nice closet. Third room with very comfortable sofa-sleeper. Great eat-in kitchen (you can choose counter seating or table seating) with everything you would need. Gas grill outside screened in porch. Living room has plenty of seating. Includes nice electric gas golf cart (and 2 sets of clubs if needed), and 3 bikes. Great location near Havana Championship Golf Course. Highly recommended.
We rented this beautiful home for Christmas 2015. All of the accommodations were as promised! The home was spacious enough for the seven of us who stayed there and had a very open kitchen/dining room/family room area that was perfect for family meals and visiting. The location was close enough to shopping and entertainment that several times we used the provided golf cart for transportation. The home is very modern and tastefully decorated. The home was perfect for our family and we would not hesitate to stay there again!
Sunscape is located in Hemingway Village, near Colony Shops and recreational facilities. It is about a five minute walk to the neighborhood pool, bocci ball courts, and a 3 minute drive to the Neighborhood Recreation center with family pool, pickle ball courts, and two 9-hole golf courses. Since The Villages is only about an hour's drive from Orlando, you can easily spend a day at the theme parks and return in the evening. In The Villages itself there are activities of all sorts--art groups, literature clubs, birding, two cycling groups, pickle ball leagues, softball leagues, exercise classes, yoga, bocci ball courts, and much more, during the day, and live entertainment at Lake Sumpter Town Square most evenings. Outside the villages there are several attractions, such as canoeing on local lakes and rivers, cycling on the Withlacooche Rail Trail, Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, Mt. Dora train, lake, and shopping area, and toward Ocala horse farms. These and other local attractions are much easier on the wallet than the theme parks, and provide a more intimate look at what Florida has to offer. Within The Villages itself it is possible to get almost everywhere in the golf cart which is provided.
