There are , fridge, air conditioner, kitchen, microwave, oven toaster, kettle and utensils so tourist will have all necessary stuff for a long-stay trip Toilet is separate from bathroom, which has tower, shampoo and rinse prepared.
There is a place to display traditional painting stuff like antique calligraphy, armor, coarse oilpaper umbrella, hanging scroll and Edo era of famous painter at 1st and 2nd floor. Therefore, you can enjoy not only Kyoto culture, but also the history of Japan.
There is no high building around the house, so you could relax all day in a peaceful environment.
I meet directly and want to show Japanese culture even a little if it's possible.
I think that I can help you that guest including the suggestion of a plan staying to a request can enjoy Japan if you can ask it.
While you stay, I lend the pocket Wi-Fi free.
Of course you will not be in trouble to use the Internet in a house.
You can also find other restaurant by walking around the village
There are spots near the house like Nijo Castleand(Work heritage) other popular sightseeing spots, so please stay at my house and experience.

A great location, very comfortable and a very efficient host.
Stayed here over the new year period and the accommodation provided a great base for 3 couples comfortably.
Fantastic location in Kyoto (very close to Nijo Castle).
Nice and clean throughout.
Great coffee shop at the end of the street as well
Dear Kawamoto San,
We enjoyed our time in Kyoto a lot. As for your house there were both negatives and positives. It was a shame that your 4 bedroom house is really only 2 actual bedrooms. We decided to pay more because we wanted a bedroom each. The two couples had a room each upstairs but our 5 th person had to sleep in the lounge and was disturbed by people going to the toilet. Luckily the other two who were to come with us cancelled as there would have definitely been no room for them. Our fifth person had no room, no privacy, a disturbed sleep and we couldn't use the lounge room to relax in. I can't imagine how 12 people could sleep or move around there. Please change your listing details as they are most misleading.
We bought 5 stools to sit on to make meal times more comfortable and had to eat from our laps as the low table was not big enough for more than three people at a time. Sleeping in the entry way/ dining area was not an option either. I also recommend you put up some shelves in the kitchen as there is no preparation area for tea/ coffee or meal making.
Also, more instruction was needed regarding the putting out of rubbish and finding your home for the first time. The taxis we took looked for ages and could not find your address. They told us that it was now a parking lot! Many thanks to your kind neighbours who tried to call the number you gave us, went on the internet to look up the address and asked passers by, without them we would have been looking for a a hotel to stay in late at night. Your site also mentions a washer/dryer as an amenity but this is not the case. We used the coin operated laundry near by.
On the positive side, the house is in a good location, the internet walk around device worked well and the home was nicely decorated and clean. Some tea and coffee and other basic supplies for guests on arrival would have been a nice welcome gesture for a bed and breakfast establishment.
Good luck with your B and B enterprise, I hope our comments help future guests.
Yvonne Hering and friends.
The location is perfect for us to visit Kyoto's scenic spot. And perfect for family to stay, we are 7 people and 4 years old child.
