Making your way back through the house, you will pass through the sleek and modern kitchen, which is fully equipped and boasts Miele appliances and Carrara marble bench tops. On the other side of the kitchen is the second living area. Complete with Chesterfield sofa, this relaxed and cosy room is the perfect place to sit and read a good book, or curl up in front of the fire during the colder months.
The rear of the house continues to keep the standards high as it offers a very private courtyard, a Sunco six burner BBQ and outdoor dining furniture.
