Fantastic, 3 bedroom, 2 bath roomy condo with large front yard and private hot-tub. Parking is off street in a carport, This condo is perfect for a family. The home has a fireplace in the living room, and is a short walking distance to the beach and downtown Carpinteria (2 short blocks). You are close to Tomal park and Linden field. Great restaurants and breweries are close by. Its a hop skip and a jump to Carpinteria beach.

Great location, close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Few fact that were unclear before we booked:

It is a three bedroom but with one master, one bedroom with two twin beds that you have to pass through to get to the other bedroom with a full size bed (very sunny).

One bathroom upstairs and one down , upstairs has bathtub and downstairs has shower.

This is a great place for a family, great yard out front and a nice front patio with table & chairs.

Few other bonus features is a hidden small private hot tub outside and covered parking.

Two cons - close to railroad/train stop which is quite busy and the internet was not working.

good location, but.......

This place has some great pluses. It is very conveniently located. you can walk everywhere you need to go. It is an attractive place, comfortably furnished, with a hot tub in the carport. That said, it needs a good, deep cleaning. The blinds were grimey and the kitchen didn't feel clean, in fact I found some dirty dishes and ended up putting everything we would use through the dishwasher immediately. The bedrooms and baths were clean, though. All the cupboards were disorganized. It would have been helpful to have more info on how to use things in the condo, such as the direct TV. The carport is very hard to park in so if you have a large car or truck, be advised. Overall we had a great time staying here but would give it only 3 stars for the above reasons.
