A lovely, quiet cottage in the blueberry bushes with all of the amenities for a comfortable stay.

  • 5 of 5

Our hosts showed us to the cottage, described its features and answered any questions we had about activities in the area. We loved our quiet week north of Juneau. We were especially pleased to find DirecTV, which we rarely have at a rental, so we were able to watch our favorite sports programs at night. Being able to sleep in the quiet of the forest was rejuvenating. The information book held many day activities of interest that we greatly enjoyed.

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I just stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Close enough to town to get the things you need, but far enough away to get away from all the tourism. It was a perfect trip. I would definitely stay here again if we ever visitJuneau again.

Seclusion

  • 4 of 5

Away from the cruise crowds in Juneau. Clean, but steep stairs to loft bed.

Nice accommodation with extensive collection of DVDs.

Host provided an unsolicited bouquet of flowers for our anniversary.

Beautiful, secluded cottage with everything you need for your stay...and then some!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this cottage for ourselves as we prepared for our sons wedding. It was conveniently located out of town, close to the rehearsal dinner location, (Auke Recreation shelter) and within a reasonable distance from the wedding location. We needed the privacy as we prepared for the big event. Our son and daughter in law enjoyed the location so much they wanted it for their own on their wedding night!

Julie & Rick were so gracious they allowed photos of the bride &

Her Maids the day of the wedding. We would definitely highly recommend this location (and it's wonderful owners) and hope to return again in the future. The dappled sunlight through the trees was an amazing thing to see on the wedding day in Juneau! We are so thankful!
