Delightful and clean with great location

  • 5 of 5

Exactly as described, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A morning or evening run into and around town was easy, pick up your coffee on the way back! Comfortable bed, clean studio, and no need left unmet (coffee, paper products, even bottled water) - we even picked up take out and had a poolside supper one night. Hosts are gracious and welcoming, provided great recommendations. Thanks Barron and family for a wonderful extended weekend!

Excellent location.

  • 5 of 5

Excellent value and comfortable apartment. You can walk to every place you'd ever want to go in downtown Annapolis from this quiet apartment on a lovely street. The water taxi is a half a block away for a getting to places via water, too. Worth a trip just for the views. Parking was never an issue, which is a real plus in Annapolis.

Great basement apartment

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay! First chance to really see Annapolis. Short walk to everything downtown. Barron Martin, owner, is a wonderful person. Swimming pool behind the house. We probably did more cooking while there some others. One suggestion, the listing might describe the size of the fridge for those buying groceries before they arrive. 😀 We loved the place!!!

Just What We Needed

  • 5 of 5

My daugher was getting married in Annapolis, which is out of town for us. I needed a comfortable place accessible to both the church and reception hall. I also wanted to spend time in historic Annapolis if possible. In addition, I needed a quiet place to recup after each day's events. The apartment is comfortable, and has a couch bed which my other daughter slept on. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, the water always hot, and the neighborhood delightfully quiet. The neighbors were also friendly and gracious on the rare occasion we saw anyone. Baron was ready to help if needed at any point. He is a most gracious host. My husband and I plan to reserve again and again.
