About Cynthia Lueders

We have lived in Rogers since 1997. We enjoy hiking, traveling, and staying active.

Cynthia Lueders purchased this cottage in 2004

Why Cynthia Lueders chose Arkansas

We actually live on the back of this 10 acre farm. We bought the this cottage with hopes of restoring it to its 1940's original feel and accomplished that this summer.

What makes this cottage unique

You will be able to relax with coffee on the porch, playing horse shoes or grilling out in the back yard or going on a hike back through the woods on the farm.

Excellent Place for a College Visit

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here last weekend and we were visiting for parent's weekend for our son at U of A. Was an excellent visit and the cottage was wonderful. It is very quiet with plenty of space outside but also very convenient and close to I49 and shopping 2-3 minutes away. Loved the amenities and feel of the house - great front porch with swing, excellent kitchen, nice o/s patios, comfie beds, etc... ! Was a very nice place to stay and visit and still be close to the action, highly recommend!

Cute Cottage Get-A-Way Stay

  • 5 of 5

Our family of four enjoyed staying at this cute cottage while seeing some of the sights around Northwest Arkansas. It was a little home away from home for us and was nicely decorated and very attractive. The owners promptly answered all of our email questions and helped us in anyway that we asked and were close by if any problems were to occur.

Perfect for our needs

  • 5 of 5

My husband, myself and our two little dogs very much enjoyed the comfort that this cozy cottage provided. Its proximity to everything we wanted to see in the area added to that comfort! The impetus for our visit was the Crystal Bridges Museum and it's closeness made it possible for us to go and visit it, return for a rest and go back again. There were plenty of restaurants and a very handy grocery store nearby by. I'll certainly recommend this property to others. Thank you, Cynthia and Jamie for providing such good customer service.

Great Weekend Getaway House!

  • 5 of 5

A fantastic home for spending time with two children in college. They loved getting out of their dorm and being able to relax in a real home. It was a needed break and a great way to spend a long weekend. We can't wait for our next trip. The house has plenty of room, is very clean, nicely decorated and well prepared for our stay. It is also in a great location, close to everything.

Great Location!

  • 5 of 5

We used this home for girl's weekend getaway and is was conveniently located so that we could craft and shop all day, and relax in a home-like environment in the evening. The kitchen is very well equipped and we found everything we needed. The beds are comfy and the location is quiet. Thank you Cynthia for your hospitality and we will be looking for you next year.

Perfect little farmhouse

  • 5 of 5

For the price of a decent hotel room we had a gorgeous, tastefully decorated and completely renovated farmhouse to call home for a long weekend. This classic cottage has 2 twin beds, one queen (all comfortable!), lovely linens, a fully outfitted kitchen (including what looked like tailgating supplies), laundry, wifi and cable, sits on several acres and has a nice little trail into the woods that leads to a friendly horse in pasture. The house is 15 minutes from Crystal Bridges, 20 from the University of Arkansas, 50 minutes to Eureka Springs, and made a great home base for day trips around NW Arkansas. The hosts were friendly and quickly accommodated the single request we had. This was absolutely perfect for my small family. I didn't realize that grocery stores were as close as they were- Fresh Market and Target are 5 minutes away, but you'd never know it from the house, which is very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Jamie and Cynthia!

Walking trails on the property allow for viewing surrounding horse farms, nature.

Shopping at the Promenade(Target, Dillard's) is very close. Golf, fishing (Beaver lake), fitness center with gym, restaraunts are very close. This is the best possible location to see all of Northwest Arkansas in a very private, quiet, setting in our newly remodeled cottage.
