Our light and bright open plan one bedroom apartment features a modern renovated kitchen with dishwasher and modern expandable tap fittings, modern bathroom with shower, toilet and reverse cycle washing machine/dryer. Reverse cycle air-conditioning blowing hot or cool air something you cant be without in our hotter summer months. Enjoy the queen bed with fresh white linen, 1 flat screen wall mounted TV and a stunning view of a Japanese garden out of the modern drop window. This clean fresh stylish apartment is ideal for singles or couples.

Parking price for Malcolm street
Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WDs with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to paid up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of you stay. It is under cover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street.

We provide you with fresh white towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, oven, kettle, toaster, stove and a fridge. There is free wifi internet.
Our apartment and complex is safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building it is clean and well maintained. Street level from the main door and about 10 stairs up from the car park below within the complex.
The apartment is walking distance to the Perth CBD and shopping mall precinct. We are a quick 5 min stroll into the City of Perth. With a 5 min stroll in the other direction will take you up to the famous Kings Park

Breakfast and coffee around the corner walking distance at the Riverview is must while you are staying here with us.
Walk up the hill to Kings Park and only around the corner is the most amazing view a local famous street buzzing with locals taking their daily walks in the wonderful Perth weather.
