Towels, linens, iron, ironing board, and a well stocked kitchen are provided. Walking trail around the Moody River Estates is across the street as well as a driving range and putting green. Located within walking distance of Publix and CVS and is also near a community heated saltwater pool. Must see this condo to appreciate all it has to offer!!

We enjoyed spending the winters in Florida after retiring, but since the birth of our grandchild we decided to spend more time in Tennessee. This unit is on an executive 18 hole course which is ideal for any beginner or skilled golfer. One can walk to the clubhouse since it is abut the property.

We love the area as it is a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. We can walk to the club house for a day on the course. The walking trail is well maintained and makes for a pleasant 3 mile stroll.
What makes this Condo unique
We love being able to walk out our back door and being on the golf course. It is so convenient and centrally located to so many amenities. Publix grocery and CVS are within walking distance, as well as restaurants. A heated, saltwater community pool is within a mile on Orange Grove. There are also water aerobics taught a few mornings each week.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo.
We really enjoyed our month stay in this wonderful condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain. Very quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown shops and restaurants. The location was awesome! Lots of fun biking and walking paths in the neighborhood. The owner was very attentive during our stay, answering all of our questions and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were very pleased and look forward to returning again soon!
I thought the condo was great! We had a wonderful time. It was quiet and preaceful.
We were close to a lot of good places to eat,and groceries stores.We look forward to going back next year.

We had numerous problems throughout our stay here. We had to contact the owner several times so that the problems would be addressed. First it was an unusable iron. Then it was an unusable hair dryer. Then a toilet (which never flushed properly). The iron and hair dryer were replaced. A TV repairman came out 3 times to fix the satellite box. On the 25th day of our 30-day stay, we finally had a working TV in the living room. The dishwasher never worked. The owner apologized for the many problems we had, but there should never have been so many problems to apologize for. She offered restitution. When we suggested what we thought was fair amount of restitution, she responded that a $100 refund was fair and final. There was no negotiating the amount of the restitution. We did not get our money's worth and would not consider going back to this place again
As a property owner I understand things happen that are beyond anyone's control. Every issue that was brought to my attention was addressed within 48 hours. I wasn't notified about a tv problem until they were there for 14 days. I realize the HD box was sensitive to outside interference such as high winds and rain which could cause poor signal. During this time there was high winds, rain, and even a local tornado. However, there was a tv with a standard box in the bedroom which never lost signal and was available during the time the HD in the living room was freezing up. I had the tv tech there a couple of times to reset the box and finally decided to pay for a downgrade to a standard box instead of the HD box. In restitution for any inconvenience I added 2 extra packages, sports and movies, for their enjoyment. As for the dishwasher, 12 days into their stay I was notified of a problem. I immediately sent a plumber over to assess the problem. I decided to buy a new one and have it installed. However, the dishwasher didn't fit the opening and I had to special order one. Again, it was out of my control as to when it would arrive in the store. Actually, due to the snow storms and state of emergencies up north the dishwasher delivery was detained. Even with this, it was still installed by the end of the month. The tenants requested an $1100.00 refund for being inconvenienced. Since I felt there was always a working tv without any interference, water to wash dishes until the new dishwasher was installed, and that I had spent so much money to resolve every issue to the best of my ability that it would be fair to offer a $100.00 in addition to their damage deposit of $300.00. I have documentations, receipts, and personal contacts which will verify and substantiate all efforts made to address and resolve any issues encountered by the tenants.
A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and many conveniences of the Florida lifestyle.

Reservation Process: A 500 dollar deposit is due at booking with a signed simple lease agreement, balance of monies due 90 days prior to check in. Rent per month is $2950.00 +11 % Florida Tourist Taxes ($324.50) + $125.00 cleaning fee + $300.00 refundable damage deposit = $3699.50. If guest chooses to pay by credit card, credit card/homeaway.com fees will be charged. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD)
