As well, Beacon Hill is about 7 minutes away, featuring a Costco and many dining options. Crowfoot is a 10 minute drive, where you can also catch the LRT or go shopping. Tuscany train station also easily accessible. Banff, Canmore and Kananaskis and the beautiful Rocky Mountains are just over an hours drive.

We loved the idea of being so close to the city, but still able to enjoy tranquility of the country. We loved that the kids could run outside and breath the fresh air and see the stars in the evening.

Outstanding location - ultimately peaceful and secluded, surrounded by fields with horses, deer, coyotes and foxes but yet just 3 minutes drive from all services. Quick access to the freeway making the drive to the Rocky Mountains, the city or the airport just a breeze. Would recommend for families with kids.
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our two boys, aged 6 and 8, loved the trampoline and the outdoor space to run around in. They enjoyed the piano too. We found the property to be as listed, with everything we needed. There was ample room for our family of four plus my parents. The beds were very comfy and it was great having so many bathrooms! The location is perfect - quiet and private, but only 5 minutes away from lots of restaurants and grocery shopping. We enjoyed meals from Five Guys, Raj Palace, and Empress Palace at Royal Oak. There was plenty of wildlife around. Lots of birds and deer. We also saw and heard coyotes, and one night my mum even heard a cougar, though we didn't see it. We enjoyed trips out to the zoo, Drumheller, and Big Hill Springs Provincial Park nearby. I would highly recommend this vacation property, and we would definitely stay here again. This place would suit anyone wanting peace and quiet, but not too far away from local amenities.
We loved the property! Our family of 8 adults had plenty of space, loved the trampoline and the beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck and there were plenty of chairs. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy cooking our meals. Calgary is close and getting to the airport was very quick. We enjoyed the serene setting and would definitely rent this home again!
We rented this acerage for our family to attend a wedding in Calagry and also to host a 50th birthday for my husband. Firstly I have to say how great Angela has been working with me and responding quickly to all of our questions. The property is perfect for a peaceful get away so close to the city, literally 5 minutes or less to get into Calgary but you can not hear any city noise. The house is large with lots of open living spaces, we brought some kitchen cooking tools for a large group but didn't need any of them as the house is very well equipped. Our family loves to play games and they have lots of table space to spread out at. The outdoor space was better than expected, there is a large covered deck in the back of the house overlooking the rolling hills of southern Alberta. Lots of space to run and play, perfect for a group. I would totally recommend this property to anyone interested for the property itself but also the owner who was excellent to work with. Our family of 6 adults and 3 children gathered here for an extended weekend. We were delighted with the location, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the big yard with a trampoline and play equipment, the carpeted space in the basement, the work-out room, and the washer and dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed having a large dining room table. The wood-burning fireplace was a bonus as we encountered some chilly weather. Angela was great to work with and we will definitely consider staying in this property again.
This house was very impressive and we had a fabulous stay here. Nice and close to the city so it was super convenient. Very clean and had everything we needed! I also really appreciated Angela who was super easy to talk to and she was very accommodating to us. I would totally recommend this house to everyone!
The Property was used by us as a Family Reunion, and exceeded our expectations. The owner was more than helpful, fulfilling our every need. The home was clean, and full of every convenience we needed. The beds were comfortable, and with four bathrooms there was never a lineup in the mornings. We would highly recommend this rural acreage for any quiet vacation plans you might have. A five star rating!!!
Easy access to Calgary city centre and the airport. 5 minutes from the ring road - Stoney Trail, which offers quick access to most of the city.
COP ski hill is a 15 minute drive. Grocery stores and Walmart are a 5 minute drive, Costco about 7 minutes. 10 minutes to Crowfoot shopping centre which offer all services, including LRT (city train) access.
Easy access to the mountains, Banff, Kananaskis, Canmore, etc. World class golf courses nearby.
