I take huge pride in owning this unique property and maintain a very clean space -- so my only rule is the Golden one. Just respect the property, household items, mother nature, and of course, the neighbors... and clean up after yourselves, please!

Included property amenities: two pools (one is RIGHT on the open water and *HEATED*!), hot tub, full gym, sauna, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, sand volleyball, mini golf, golf net range, grill area, horseshoe, dog park, laundry center. Also, beautiful Yacht Club with dock, library and second floor bar exclusive to residents with exceptional drink prices and regular fun activities! (i.e., holiday parties, luaus, live music, trivia, etc.).

The condo is styled eclectically with quality furniture and kept very clean with a new AC unit (March 2015), new washer/dryer (October 2015), Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, spacious bedrooms/closets with comfortable pillowtop beds and soft sheets.

Family games, movies, acoustic guitar, beach towels, bicycle, sports equipment and additional recreational items included for use. :)

*Unit is on the second floor, no elevator access.

Please note, there will be a $100 pet fee and an additional PDP may be required (max one dog allowed). Must submit pet review as there may be a weight and breed restriction; community association pet rules will apply.

*Note, the property is not ON the beach, it has a seawall waterfront which you can see in some of the photos. It is a corner unit on the open Tampa Bay, facing south and east. The beautiful white sandy Florida beaches are on the west coast, which is easily accessible via a straight drive west on 54th Ave. S. to Gulf Blvd, about a 15 minutes.

Everything we assumed and so much more!

The description of the condo, community and view were exactly as depicted - we saw dolphins from one of the two balconies the very first morning and my husband was able to start and finish every day by casting a line just steps from our door. The owner's taste and personality come through very clearly in the furnishings - which included everything we could've needed for our stay and more. I've stayed at other VRBO properties and this was a gem - the owner was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, helpful and we couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. Looking forward to booking this property again!

Great place, clean, comfortable and relaxing

We loved our week long stay, sitting out on the deck overlooking the ocean watching the boats and dolphins was the best part. Great pools especially the one overlooking the gulf. The only negative is it's hard to go back home. Already looking forward to renting it again.

"Million Dollar Views"

We absolutely loved our stay in Chelsea's home. The views off of each of the two decks are even better than the photos suggest. To start and end your day looking out at the water, seeing the birds and dolphins, watching the palm trees sway in the wind ... it is as relaxing and calming as can be. Chelsea's unit has everything you need to enjoy your time there. Plus, she is great to deal with. Finally, the city of St. Petersburg is extremely fun, lots of great places to eat and enjoy happy hour, the museums are excellent and biking along the water can't be beat. We hope to be back again and again.

Very nice stay

Great view! get sunrise and sunset. Nice balconies. Spacious bedrooms, lots of

storage space. The amenities in the community are very nice also. Gym/workout

area is excellent. Only about 15 minutes from downtown St. Pete. Appreciated that

we could bring our cats.

Beautiful Views, Great Amenities, Close to everything!

We couldn't have asked for a better spot for our vacation. The view from the unit was unbeatable, and all the amenities we could ever have needed were provided! The complex even had some fun events - taco night, slider night, etc., at the bar!

We were just a short drive from downtown St. Pete and loved spending evenings there. We were also close to Boyd Hill Nature Preserve, which is a MUST DO!

Chelsea couldn't have been more helpful in preparing us and giving us all the info to make our stay stress-free and easy. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay!

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Very nice view from the balcony. Daily visits from dolphins and plenty of good fishing right out the back door. Its located close to just about anything you would need. The place was very clean and neatly decorated. Chelsea was an awesome host. She kept in contact and genuinely cared about us having the best stay possible. We will definitely be going back.

There is SO much to do in St. Pete! Feel free to ask me about any interests you have and I'd be happy to recommend some of my favorite spots. I absolutely adore this city for it's each and every idiosyncrasy; it will always hold a special place in my heart. (Hence, why I bought a condo here - so I'll always have a place to come home to and friends and family can enjoy in between!)

It's no surprise that St. Petersburg is always rated one of the top, up-and-coming cities in the country. It is a must-see city. For its many white sandy beaches, shopping, museums, downtown nightlife, concert venues, regular festivals & markets, and sporting events -- there is always plenty to do!

The city is conducive for day time relaxation and exploring and transforms into a unique place for exciting nightly entertainment. Downtown has a few blocks of activities all accessible by walking once you park (parking is never a problem -- there are lots, garages, and plenty of metered spaces).

It's an eclectic scene where anything goes. Diverse restaurants (few chains), bars (from sports bars, to country bars, night clubs, lounges, Latin, Irish, beer and cigar bars -- there is something for everyone), movie theater, boutique shops, antique stores, music stores, fishing pier and a small beach downtown, fitness areas, the new upscale Sundial center, AND SO MUCH MORE!
