Location: Our villa is located right across the street from the beach front properties but costs about half as much. In addition, we're just a couple of blocks from famous Coligny Plaza which has over 60 shops and restaurants and kids activities - something for everyone within an easy walk. The villa is also on the bike path for easy access to everything.

Things To Do: Besides being near the best beach on the island, Xanadu Villas has a private pool, picnic area and tennis courts for your use. You'll love having these areas almost all to yourself. In addition, bike rentals, kites, sightseeing, there are 30 golf courses close to our location. The villa also offers board games, cable TV, DVD/Blu ray players, WiFi, 6 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a beach wagon for your convenience.

The Villa: The building and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The villa was updated in the last two years as well, including fresh paint throughout, new bedding, brand new mattress set in master, new day bed and trundle with new mattresses, and updated WiFi for better coverage. The living area has a 50" smart TV, comfy seating for 6 and is open to the dining area with seating for 6. The master suite has a king bed, a 40" TV, and a full en-suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a daybed (twin) with trundle (twin) and a 32" TV. There is a second full bath. In addition, the living area provides a queen size sleeper sofa, so there is plenty of room for the whole family. The unit is ground floor so no steps to deal with and we have a patio with a beautiful lagoon view.

Security: Xanadu Villas only allows access into the gated parking lot and building through the electronic key fob you'll get with your keys. In addition, the courtyard can only be accessed through the building so only owners and owner's guests will be on the grounds.

About Mike & Vicki Crable

My husband and I both grew up in Ohio and still live there. We have been going to Hilton Head Island for family vacations for almost 20 years and just this year we were finally lucky enough to be able to buy a place of our own. We are thrilled to own our "little piece" of the island. We have many memories from our previous visits to Hilton Head and look forward to many more! Until the day that we can retire and move to the island full time, we want to share our home with others, as others have shared with us over our numerous trips to the island. We hope that you will visit the island soon and know that you will fall in love with it, just as we have!

What makes this villa unique

This property is a perfect location. It is located in South Forest Beach, directly across the street from the beach, on a bike path, and only a few blocks from Coligny which offers over 60 shops and restaurants, along with many activities. The complex is one of the smaller complexes, so less crowded and it offers tennis courts, a pool, and a picnic/grilling area. The unit itself has a great open layout, two bedrooms and 2 full baths, so plenty of room for our family. The unit also has a patio that overlooks the lagoon which is perfect for relaxing.

Perfect condo

Club Crable South was absolutely AWESOME

From the time you enter the front door of the villa, it feels like home. The sand shoe rug, beautiful hardwood floors, plush bedrooms, and comfy furniture allows you to relax simply by being there. All of the kitchen amenities that you need are available.

The pink sand wagon, along with having beach chairs, was a great benefit during our daily trots to the beach. Having an outside hose in front of buildings A & D, as well as out at the pool area were perfect for washing sand off everything. We took special care to ensure everything was cleaned off prior to our departure, just as those before us.

Long bike rides and walks were daily occurrences for us; being close to Caligany was fantastic. Villa B-3 located in the Xanadu Villa Complex is the best get-away place I know of!!

Clean and very homey

Great location. Close to the beach and an easy walk with our toddler. We have stayed a few different places on the island and this was the cleanest and most homey place that we have stayed. We would stay there again!

The property was very clean and spacious.

We felt very much at home from the moment

we arrived. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings made our stay enjoyable. The location of the condo provided easy access to the beach, or a short walk to the pool. We could walk to the local shopping area, and there is an endless variety of restaurants in the area. Your information "manual" was very helpful, and we added our experience to the Guest Book. We would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We hope to become regular guests!

Our villa, Xanadu B3, is located in South Forest Beach directly across the street from the beach, so an easy walk to the beach. It is only a couple of blocks from from Coligny Plaza which has over 60 shops and restaurants, as well as activities for kids such as shows, a play area, and the sandbox museum. The unit is also ideally located on a bike path, so you have direct access to all of the amazing bike paths that cover the island.
