This is an amazing old historic home, and so close to the beach!!! Unfortunately, inside, it might have been a Motel 8. 6 bedrooms had double beds, which were singularly, the most uncomfortable mattress that I've ever slept in. The pillow were worse. The sheets looked like they came from the Salvation Army. There was one bath towel per person. I had to go out and buy hand towels and wash cloths, for everyone. I also had to buy hand towels for 2/3 bathrooms. There were no extra blankets, or sheets. There was no toaster. The extra fridge was nice, though.
We rented another home, as well. It had amazing mattresses and pillows. Only one double, the rest queen, and even a king. There were lots of extra towels, sheets and blankets. I say this, because I know there is better, out there. This place was also right on the beach, only had 12 beds, not 17. However, we rented it for 2 weeks, and it was essentially the same price as renting this, for 1 week. It also had a touch pad, for a lock. We had 2 keys for 17 people, which was very inconvenient.
