2 bedrooms, 3rd bedroom option. Currently is an office, but will accommodate a blow up mattress. 2 1/2 bath, gated entrance with assigned parking with parking available for guests. Dining room along with an eat in kitchen. Master bath includes a wonderful walk in shower. Washer/Dryer, fully functional kitchen, pool table, cable tv and internet. All linens and towels are provided. Fenced in patio area.
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and were very happy with the property and it's location. Quiet town home tucked away in the back of the gated community. Only a block from Tony's steakhouse. The master bathroom is really nice. The second bathroom looked average but we really didn't need to use it. We didn't have time to use the patio, pool table or living room but they all looked in good shape. I would highly recommend this property and would much rather stay here over a hotel when in downtown Lexington.
Unit was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Not mention walking distance from downtown. Enjoyed our stay

All was fine, just what we were looking for.
I stayed here with my wife and 2 daughters. lots of space, all modern appliances, great shower in the master bedroom. perfect for entertaining or quiet time. It was very clean. Located directly downtown where you can walk to shops, bars and restaurants. We will book again.
Conveniently located to many attractions. Walking distance to the Opera House and Rupp Arena. 9 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park and 6 miles from Keeneland Race track. 3 miles from Commonwealth Stadium. The city of Lexington and Lextran bus service usually will provide transportation to the race track and football games. Inquire with with those businesses for specifics.
