Natz Ti Ha means 'by the water' in Mayan, this describes these condos perfectly. This privately-owned, two bedroom, two bathroom condo built in Mediterranean-style is just steps from the ocean and has a roof-top deck open for all condo residents and guests. Enjoy your margarita as you watch the lights of Cozumel twinkle on the horizon, or get together with your family and friends while you barbecue from the grill located on the roof-top with its fantastic view.

The impressive landscaping around the Natz Ti Ha Condominiums takes full advantage of abundant native flowering plants. Natural pathways wind under the shade of palm trees and lead to the large 19 by 4 meter swimming pool, which Condo de Jardin looks over! At night strategically placed lighting highlights the garden and pool area giving it a special intimate feeling, not usually found in a condominium setting. Stone waterfalls run throughout the gardens, serenity at it's best!

Condo de Jardin means 'condo of flowers' in Spanish, and we've named it for just that reason. Unique from the other condos at Natz Ti Ha, Condo de Jardin has a covered sitting area nestled among the native plants and flowers which gives you the feeling of being in your own tropical garden. About Glenda

Friends for over 25 years the 4 of us have travelled together on many occasions. Investing together in this condo was a great decision and an awesome partnership. Each of us brings a little something different to the ownership. An avid gardener in the mix makes our tropical plants and greenery outstanding! A financial background helps keep the checks & balances in order. The sales background definitely helps with the rentals and our organizer on repairs and dealing with the workers has made this a great mix of a partnership. We all rely on each others strengths :-)

Why Glenda chose Playa del Carmen

After falling in love with Playa back in 1991 we always came to vacation once or twice a year. While on vacation in 2006 we decided to look into investing in a vacation home. A growing Playa led us to the North end.....underdeveloped back then but the best beaches and a quieter part of town! Natz ti Ha was the most beautiful complex we had ever seen, Mediterranean Style, only 36 units and a pool and gardens second to none! This led us to the purchase of our own piece of paradise. Ten years later we all are thrilled that we bought and we love to enjoy the condo when we can. When not there we love to share our home with other travellers that are looking for a fully stocked comfortable condo. Everything you would need or want in your own home is there for your use.

What makes this condo unique

Of course the look of the complex was the 1st reason but once we walked into unit B 201 we loved the murals on both bedroom walls and the clean look about this unit. We get the most comments on our master bedroom wall.

Clean and Quiet Condo in Excellent Location

We booked this condo to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Great choice. As mentioned in other reviews, the location is perfect because you can quickly walk or taxi to where the "action" is or you can walk north on the beach to find a piece of paradise to yourself. We were so happy we chose this location rather than a hotel at the center of town. The condo is clean and I cannot think of one thing that was not available that we wished it had. The booking was simple and the owners responsive. The showers at the east gate made cleaning up after hanging out at the beach a breeze. 24 hr. security.

We are scuba divers and the location was even more awesome due to the proximity of Blue Life (across the street) who we very highly recommend as well. They will take you on Playa dives right from the beach by the condo or drive you to the ferry to dive Cozumel or out to the Cenotes for some cavern dives.

Debbie provided some great restaurant recommendations, but a newer restaurant that is a must is Puerto Cocina Urbana (just off 5th Ave, a few blocks from the condo). We stumbled upon it our first night in Playa and went back again a few days later. Raul the manager is a great guy and the food is outstanding (the zarzuela...shrimp + octopus tacos were mouthwatering). They also have an amazing selection of craft beers for when you tire of margaritas and Corona. Great prices too.

Great condo, excellent location!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location. Did I mention the great location -- so close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops! We met a lot of great people at the beautiful pool. The master bedroom faces the inner courtyard, and we enjoyed sleeping with the glass doors open. We also enjoyed watching a meteor shower and stargazing from the rooftop. It was a treat to have a maid clean the condo mid-week. Don't hesitate to book this great place!!! If you do stay and you enjoy seafood, be sure to eat at El Guero (one block away). We went back 3 times...and I ordered the ceviche all 3 times, it was that good!

Love it..what a piece of paradise!

Being a flight attendant, I travel ALL over the world and just wanted to say that this was the most relaxing vacation that I have ever had in Mexico. The condo was fully equipped should we want to eat in... chose most nights to eat out...great location ..close to 5th avenue..

Miguel is the best, and just love the resident watch dog...the pool is fabulous...soooo close to the beach!

Saludos... Hoping to come back soon...versus Kim's home where it was -17 when She arrived back home in Williams Lake....

WOW... what a beautiful home!

I almost don't want to tell anyone about this beautiful place so we can keep it for ourselves!

After spending 1 week in an all inclusive in Playa Car we checked in to Condo de /Jardin for our 2nd week. What an amazing place! The owners have done a fantastic job of setting up this condo to make you feel at home! There is absolutely everything you need! The location is perfect, on a very quiet street, 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the excitement of 5th Ave. The pool is amazing and we lot a lot of very friendly people, owners and renters. The staff are incredible, you hardly see them and then when you do need them they appear like magic to help with what ever you need, carrying in groceries, delivering water ect. The pictures on here are exactly what you get! You must explore the neighbour hood, tons of great restaurants and the owners have a list of recommended places that sure didn't disappoint! (you must check out Manny's Beirgarten, mention you stay here and you get treated like family!) We will be back!

Perfect Location - Close to Everything, Nice and Quiet

We were a set of 2 couples in our 30's. The condo is everything you see in the pictures and then some! The pictures don't quite convey - in my opinion - just how close to the beach you are. Literally half of a small block. I cannot get over how perfect the location was... it was a stones throw to any beach, restaurant, shop, you name it. It remained very quiet which was enjoyable. We took taxis anywhere we needed to go that was outside a walking distance; a trip to Tulum, Aku Mal, we even took the ferry over to Cozumel. The full kitchen was a huge plus and we were able to cook our own meals a few nights during our stay. It was great to also have two full bathrooms as well as a washer/dryer unit. We never used the air conditioning, just open windows and fans. The condo staff are extremely friendly, always asking if we needed anything. If we come to Mexico again (I plan on it!), Natz Ti Ha is #1 on our list.

Ideal location

We were 2 couples. Both rooms were spacious, quiet and you could choose the Fan or the air conditioning or both. We just us used the fan. Quality construction keeps temps inside cooler. Each couple had their own bathroom. Great water pressure. All the extras to make it home away from home are there. Tv, wifi, cards, games, beach chairs and towels. Washer dryer. Well equipped kitchen. No need for a car. You can walk to everything. Everyday was find more fun spots to go to on 5 th ave. afternoons were a new spot on the beach. Stop at the pool after the beach. Then back to 5 th or 10 ave to find another fun spot.
