My name is Joshua. I'm originally from Michigan and have been living in Dallas since March of 2012.
This property is in the prime location to experience what Dallas has to offer.
Had a great weekend getaway, Joshua was awesome to work with and even met us at the airport to give us the keys. Location safe and close to everything, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the roof and workout room!
Reservation and check-in process was very efficient. Apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The complex was very quiet considering its downtown location. Parking was convenient and secure in the first floor garage. Overall a great value and definitely a place we will consider again on future trips to Dallas.
A very short stay made us regret that we should have stayed for at least a week!
Our charming host made us feel very welcome, and was only too happy to assist us with our many enquiries.
The apartment is very clean, modern and centrally located. Situated midway between uptown and downtown, a 15 minute walk took us to all of our sightseeing destinations .
( The DART ticket machines certainly gave us no joy... and no tickets ! )
Despite the recent turmoils, we felt very safe where ever we ventured, and were always greeted with a friendly smile . Dallas should be very proud of her residents ; we strongly recommend this city, ( and this apartment ) to everyone.
Just don't make our mistake of not staying long enough !
Footnote - Our taxi from Love Airfield cost us almost $30 !
Our return trip , via Lyft, was only $11.10 ......
Very clean, modern apartment in a fantastic location. Josh met us as soon as we showed up (late at night, too) and gave us all the information we needed. He was a great host and invited us to reach out to him if we needed anything, which we did not because of how well put together everything is. We managed to walk everywhere because of the location, which saved us a lot of money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!
This property has the best location. It is easy to get to, but with the road construction, it can be challenging to get out of town. We were in town for a football game at AT&T and was about a 30 minute drive, all highway. Gated parking and the unit is very secure. Easy walk to the aquarium, science museum and many restaurants. The complex has everything you would need. The pool is very nice and everyone we met was nicer than the last. We will be back. Joshua and Tasia were great to work with!!
This was a great place to stay in downtown Dallas. My favorites the pool. the rooftop lounge, my private balcony, and most importantly to me, walking distance from the convention center. Thanks to Joshua for being a great host! Easy check in and out. Very helpful about getting me set for my week.
