BEST LOCATION EVER! Nice quiet, eclectic neighborhood. Walking distance to Lake Harriet, several coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, antique stores. Plenty of parking.
You are ONLY 10-15 minutes from Uptown ( Calhoun-Isles area), Downtown, Parks, Parkways, Bike Paths, Dog Parks, Tennis Courts, 35W, Interstate 94, HWY 62 and many Bus Stops.
Can't beat this location.

Excellent location and spacious, well-appointed townhouse. Availability of tuck-under garage was especially appreciated during mid-January stay. Location is very convenient to I-35W and I DID walk to Lake Harriet and Minnehaha Creek several times! Close to Uptown and Lyn-Lake nightlife as well. Wifi worked well and Direct Tv (w On Demand and DVR was put to good use). The bed in the Master is quite comfortable and there is ABUNDANT closet and storage space. My only criticism is that leather sofa in LR is on its last legs and wasn't very comfortable (too soft!). Barb was a great host and responsive to questions.
This is a wonderful location and close to everything. Our family was up there for our Christmas gathering at our son's home. He, his wife, and newborn live just eight blocks away which made it so convenient. Their home isn't large enough for all of us. After my husband, daughter and her husband left on Sunday, I stayed and took care the newborn while my daughter-in-law started back to work. I felt safe there and the garage was an added bonus as we experienced a bad snow storm and frigid temps while there. Well stocked kitchen - great place to be for a week. Definitely would rent again.
Clean, spacious, organized. Has everything you need plus a few unexpected extras. Would rent again.
The property is clean and in good condition. The location is quiet and is close to restaurants, Lake Harriet, and easily accessible freeways. It's very nice to have private garage parking .
We had a good experience during our stay. The property was in good condition a in a very good location in Minneapolis with nice neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. Having the garage and washer/dryer were a real plus. A couple of minor recommendations: there were three can openers in the kitchen, none worked. The roller blinds didn't roll up all the way and the living room couch was pretty tired and had no support. But those are minor issues easily addressed.
The owner was next door and very helpful and friendly. We would rent this property again.
My wife and I and our dog spent a very pleasant month at this townhouse. We loved the location, close to some great restaurants and not too far from Lake Harriet. The bed is comfortable and furnishings are satisfactory. We would rent again!
