Master suite with queen size bed and en suite bathroom occupy the entire lower level of the home with a separate front entry door. Master bathroom features a large, jetted tub with a private garden window well featuring a lion's head fountain. There's also a separate, large shower, towel warmer, beverage center, built in hair dryer and laundry hamper in the bathroom. There is an outdoor laundry and seating area on the large covered patio overlooking the pool.

Why owner/property manager chose Eagle Rock
This property is very centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, and the Greater Los Angeles area. You can get to Hollywood in 20 minutes, and the San Fernando Valley in less than 30. Burbank airport is only 20 minutes away and LAX is 40 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. I'm near the MTA Gold Line, Southwest Museum station where you can buy a day pass for only $7.00 and go just about anywhere in this city in a day. I'm half a block from the Glendale freeway which you don't hear at all. Additionally it's very quiet here as I'm up in the hills. It feels like the country when you're here, but in minutes you can get to most any of Los Angeles' hot spots.

Beautiful landscape with a terraced private pool and an outdoor poolside eating area and chaise lounges. A large covered patio looks out over the pool with a seating area. A front deck looking out into the hills with another outdoor seating area. The master suite has a separate entrance off of the garage where you can park your car. The en suite bathroom has a large jetted tub, large separate shower, towel warmer, built in hair dryer, coffee/tea bar and two bath robes. The property features 3 picturesque outdoor seating areas: one on the front deck, looking out into the hills, one poolside and another in the large covered patio looking out to the pool.

Peaceful Hilltop Villa-like Suite!
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and pampered. Besides the lovely villa and spa-like surroundings, all the comforts of home and so much more were provided. Judy has the sweet gift of hospitality and has thought of everything in preparing the suite for her guests. We felt most comfortable and pampered. We look forward to recommending our great find to family and friends, as long as they don’t pick the dates we’d like to reserve for next time. :)

Charming, cozy suite
'Very much enjoyed my stay at this sweetly-decorated, charming suite. Other reviewers are correct in saying that the owner Judy thought of every detail. The bathroom was a highlight: spacious, wonderful shower and jacuzzi bath, hair dryer provided. I also took a dip in their pool, which was awesome. Parking in their garage made coming and going super convenient. Highly recommend this place for those who want a central spot, close to Pasadena, Silverlake, Glendale, Highland Park and Hollywood. The only thing is that this suite is not for light-sleepers; you are below the renter's kitchen and may hear blenders and/or coffee grinders early in the morning. If you need to rise early during your stay, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Clean and very comfortable well equipped with anything you may need
Perfect for a quick 48 hour visit with my son. It was so nice having such a nice place to come back to after a long day. Loved having coffee in the morning on the front deck outside our room. Enjoyed a glass of wine our last night with my son and his girlfriend in the backyard by the pool. Very relaxing and comfortable. Having the garage spot for my son when he came back and forth for us was extremely convenient. Very nice bathroom and great shower. Will definitely be back the next time I sneak a quick visit with my son on my work trip.
This really is a spa, tucked into a hill not far from L.A. Judy's attention to detail and to the comfort of her guests is unrivaled.
Off street parking is provided, the pool is huge and inviting, the room has everything (and I mean everything) that you could possibly need.
The jacuzzi/shower room is very spacious, and the kitchenette is well-stocked. There is a patio that looks out over the street, and a covered patio in back near the pool, where you can enjoy your meals or just bask in the sun.
It is well situated, with Sprouts and Ralph's nearby. And close enough to L.A. and Santa Monica, without the crowds.
We are already looking forward to our next trip to L.A. and will plan around Judy's schedule. Thank you for a delightful stay!

The place is perfect for two people. It was decorated very nicely and had everything in stock that you could possibly need. The patio was beautiful for morning breakfast and coffee, which was stocked and ready for us as well. We will certainly stay here again if we come back to LA.
The property is located, centrally in between Glendale and Pasadena, north of Downtown Los Angeles. The L.A. zoo and Griffith Park Observatory are only 7 miles away. The Americana at Brand is only 3 miles away. Old Town Pasadena and the Rose Bowl Stadium are only 6 miles away. The Rose Bowl has a fun antique, flea market on the 2nd Sunday of every month.

Guests are allowed to use the laundry facilities located outdoors on the upper patio. Guests are also allowed to use upstairs kitchen facilities.
