The apartment is located in the second floor of a 2 story house and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, central AC, fireplace, WI-FI, washer & dryer in unit, hardwood floors, working fireplace, etc. It is fully renovated and it can accommodate comfortably 6 people. Commute to Copley Sq via commuter rail (should you chose to not drive through beautiful Jamaica/Riverway along Jamaica Pond) is a clean 15 minute ride door to door : to South Station (the financial district & waterfront) a 17 minute ride.

Irida was out of town but her parents met us at the door to ensure we were situated; they're lovely! We had a fantastic stay. The place is well cared for and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very nice flat, very clean. Location is a tad awkward without a car, but still very workable.

Really lovely place with comfortable beds. Adding towel hooks to the second bathroom would be nice. We were a group of 4, there to witness our son running the marathon, and it worked out very well for us. Irida was very helpful and responsive. We were delighted with how clean and well maintained the home is.

Okay Stay

The property is well kept. It has a nice feel of home; however, it has an odor that was very pungent. The owner was very nice and helpful. She met us at the property and showed us around the property. She also supplied us with febreeze spray for the odor. The condo was clean and well kept. The internet was very slow.

Lots of places in walking distance. Starbucks, pizza, deli, banks, chinese food, and a bakery.

Owner's Response: I noticed the "odor" you describe in fact once the unloaded and came up. Very clean and "pungent" odor as you comment have it quite hard to stay in the same sentence. Keep a window open to refresh in the morning & let natural fresh air come in, instead or spraying fabricated febreeze mixed with personal perfume etc etc. The best to you & family.
