Beautiful, fully renovated apartment situated a 15 minute drive (local streets, not highway) from Boston. An excellent option to experience your stay in Boston in a comfortable, spacious, full of natural light apartment, central to all amenities (bus/commuter rail/super market/coffee places, typical small neighborhood restaurants).

The apartment is located in the second floor of a 2 story house and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, central AC, fireplace, WI-FI, washer & dryer in unit, hardwood floors, working fireplace, etc. It is fully renovated and it can accommodate comfortably 6 people. It features classical New England woodwork : take a look at photos as they speak for themselves.

Commute to Copley Sq via commuter rail (should you chose to not drive through beautiful Jamaica/Riverway along Jamaica Pond) is a clean 15 minute ride door to door : to South Station (the financial district & waterfront) a 17 minute ride.

Priceless convenience!

Distance to Boston College a 15 minute drive city streets, through Brookline. Northeastern University, New England Conservatory, Boston Conservatory & all other Fenway schools a 13 minute commuter rail ride (Ruggles stop on commuter rail route).

Okay Stay

The property is well kept. It has a nice feel of home; however, it has an odor that was very pungent. The owner was very nice and helpful. She met us at the property and showed us around the property. She also supplied us with febreeze spray for the odor. The condo was clean and well kept. The internet was very slow.

Lots of places in walking distance. Starbucks, pizza, deli, banks, chinese food, and a bakery.

Owner's Response: I noticed the "odor" you describe in fact once the unloaded and came up. Very clean and "pungent" odor as you comment have it quite hard to stay in the same sentence. Keep a window open to refresh in the morning & let natural fresh air come in, instead or spraying fabricated febreeze mixed with personal perfume etc etc. The best to you & family.

Glad I found this place. It's the perfect spot from Boston and my cousin's wedding venue. The apartment was clean and cozy. Loved the decor! Everything is provided as stated.

nice, cozy and clean

The apartment is very nice, cozy and clean. we are a group of 7 people (3 couples and 1 baby). It has a good layout so each family has their own privacy.

Irida was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time visiting Boston and a wonderful stay here!

Beautiful and restful!

We had a change in the number of people on our booking and Irida accommodated us on short notice with no difficulty. The apartment is very nice and clean. Overall the home was fantastic, I would recommend it to others.

Good neighborhood, stores close by, T-Rail close by, buses close by, ample parking and good size rooms.

Pitfalls were minor in nature, the one shower needed a plastic water resistant curtain, but loads of hot water

the hardwood floors were clean but upon arrival we noticed some pretty good scratches and there was no one

available to show this to so we took pictures to show this was not our doing but it would have been nice to have

had a representative do a walk through to insure previous items of damage would not become our responsibility.

Not having yet received our damage deposit refund or credit this could still become a concern. Just a heads up the

T-rail pass that you purchase to ride the "Charlie & buses" does not include the train (Purple Line) we rode all week

until our last night when we were confronted by train authorities that we needed to purchase a different pass to ride

the Purple Line what a shock as that was our specific request at the Pharmacy purchasing agent for the Charlie pass

located one block from the train station. But the $19 pass good for the week is a great deal you can ride all other lines.

Back to the house there were house rules real easy to follow and most were very normal, like putting out the garbage

and items left by others sort of the pass it forward if not needed and all appliances worked and did I mention plenty

of hot water, great when a family of six are using morning showers. We would stay again and do recommend this unit.

The owner was away in Italy but her parents were living in the lower unit but during our stay they also were away so it

was not a problem just no personal contact for our particular stay.
