Why Curtis chose Cape Cod

This condo unit is a place for our family and friends when visiting so they have flexibility and privacy. When they're not here, we realized it might be a great place for people who prefer a condo to a guest house.

What makes this condo unique

Provincetown and the harbor are beautiful, whether in the full-bloom of summer or the stark of winter. This is a great place to experience it all.

Adorable studio with great views of the bay

  • 5 of 5

This is a cleverly laid-out studio apartment, clean and well-thought out with darling decor. It feels so much more spacious than it is because of all the large windows overlooking the bay. There is also a skylight and the space is just wonderfully airy and bright. It is so nice to sit in bed, do the dishes, or dine at the table and be able to see the sailboats on the water and large, blue skies. Great view of MacMillan Wharf and Long Point lighthouse in the distance. We are early to bed, early risers so the sunlight in the morning was welcome, but night owls may want to bring eye masks to sleep in longer. The complex is located across the street from Strangers and Saints where you can get excellent tapas in a cozy dining room or outside on the patio in warmer weather. The bathroom has tall ceilings, a sliding door, fan, window, and a heater for the cooler mornings. We didn't really cook, but the kitchen was well-equipped if we wanted to stay in. Angel Foods and Far Land just down the street for snacks and deli needs, and the TV had plenty of cable channels. It was extra convenient to have access to a laundry room after a lot of sweaty workouts and some time at the beach. We biked out to the other beaches, but there was private beach access right outside the condo for sunset walks. We also enjoyed watching all the dogs frolic there early in the morning. Curtis was a pleasure to deal with - professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The bottles of sparkling water and chilled rose and martini glasses he left for us were a very nice touch, and so welcome after a day of travel!

Amazing Views, Amazing Location

  • 5 of 5

The condo is beyond fantastic! You can not get a better view than the one this one has. It is literally right on the water, with private beach access equipped with adirondak chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to make any of your meals. A very nice flat screen tv provides you with cable tv, Apple TV, and Netflix. The owner, Curtis, is very cool and easy to work with. He left us a list of helpful information on how to work various things in the unit, such as the remote controled skylight and where the ammenties were stocked. This is the East End of town and you can not beat its superb location. Definitely will come back again amd again.

Perfection in Provincetown

  • 5 of 5

This immaculate studio is everything the other reviews say and more. Amazing views, high end everything and beautifully appointed. The beach and the very swimmable bay (at high tide) are at your doorstep. And while one of the major draws of this unit are the windows and light, unless you get up with the dawn, you may want to bring an eye mask for sleeping in.

Curtis was very easy to work with and the wine and sparkling water waiting in the fridge were a welcome treat.

My new favorite place to stay in Ptown.

What an incredible experience!

  • 5 of 5

We were so lucky to have this quaint and adorable unit during our very first time in p-town. Not only was it central and close to everything (near tons of great restaurants and cafes, as well as a 10 minute walk to the bars), it was also right on the water.

When we arrived, we walked into the cutest studio with a stunning view of the bay; you could even see the lighthouse on the tip of the cape. Curtis had left us wonderfully detailed instructions on how to use and operate everything.

All of the amenities are incredibly nice and well thought out (enough to make even the most well organized manhattan apartment envious). We managed to cook most of our meals at the apartment and even loved staying in so much we opted out of going out a few nights to do puzzles and listen to music.

This is the perfect place to call home during your time in P-town. Thank you Curtis for making our first time so special!
