Parking - lots of room for vehicles and trailers - side driveway as well as circular front driveway.
Large deck - equipped with propane barbeque, picnic table, chairs and lounges ( suntan or watch the golfers, morning and evening watch for wildlife visitors - deer and black bear frequent the area.
Fire pit - for those evenings around the fire eating smores and roasting marshmallows check local fire restrictions to make sure fire is allowed).
Golf Course next door - stroll 100 yards to the pro shop to play golf (house is located next door to the #1 fairway).
Ray & Marie Webber have lived in Ladner, BC since 1969. We built our log home in Ladner in 1976 and raised our family of a girl and a boy there. In 2007 a developer bought our property so we moved the log rancher to Anglemont and put a full basement under it as well as modernized it, to become what it is today. We love the Anglemont country as well as the neighbors. We use the home regularly for family gatherings and entertaining whenever we can. We have a business, coil spring manufacturing, in the Vancouver area and both Marie & I are actively involved in our local church in Ladner. Marie does lunch hour monitoring at the local schools. We both love the outdoors and often go quadding together in the area

Cabin is huge and lots of space for entertaining including games and Tv's far enough away from the main road that it's is not loud at night but close enough for a easy walk to the lake. Very acommidating owners to whatever you need with all supplies.
my family was very impressed with your beautiful home, and would love to come for holiday again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, property is immaculate, just like photos, my kids spent most of the time at the beach or on there atv's, very relaxing

We chose to stay in this home in the shuswap as it was large, had many bedrooms and was located next to a golf course and a short distance from many beaches and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. We stayed for a week and had friends and relatives visit us here for a few days at a time. There was more then enough space for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy when needed. The main part of the house was great for everyone to gather for a meal, the kitchen is large and well supplied. The fireplace was a great bonus as it did get cool enough to use it a couple of nights to warm up after a swim in the beautiful, clean, warm lake. The loft area was a lot of fun for our teenagers to play video games, and we all enjoyed the mini pool table and air hockey as well as the dart board in the downstairs rec. room. The rec. room was also perfect for us to keep our bikes and paddle boards etc. when not in use. There is a great deck with a bar-b-cue and a picnic table as well as a couple of lounge chairs. We made great use of all parts of the property. We did a lot of paddle boarding, hiking, biking and went rafting on the Adams river - the guides for this trip were awesome too! We highly recommend that activity. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and we would definitely use this home again. A very enjoyable holiday.
We had a wonderful time staying here, we enjoyed many new experiences. Owners were very helpful in providing info on places we could go. The house is unbelievably beautiful, very spacious and has an amazing view - also there was a hummingbird who would frequent the back patio. Perfect for anyone wanting to get away and enjoy a wonderful vacation. Thank you so much for having us!
We recently stayed for a week in this clean, spacious, well-appointed home. The house is a beautiful log house with a full basement and a large loft area. The kitchen area is well stocked with every item (pots, pans, dishes, serving dishes, etc.) you need to prepare meals plus there is a new BBQ on the back deck. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with plenty of room for storage. The house has lots of space to spread out in and a beautiful double sided fireplace if the evenings are cool. There is a fire pit in the back yard next to the golf course. The golf course, beaches, marina, Provincial Parks and nature trails are all close by with Evelyn Falls being a short hike up the mountain from the house. During our stay we saw deer and one evening a black bear strolled through the golf course. We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home and found the Owners to be very responsive to questions or requests made both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We will certainly be back to enjoy the beauty of this house and area.

The North Shuswap is a great place to enjoy your vacation and build family memories together.
Anglemont Marina is just a 5 minute drive away with boat launch and store for your immediate needs. Golf is just a 5 minute stroll from your front door. Hike to Evelyn Falls or quad up Anglemont Mountain. Swimming and picnic area is just a few minutes down the road at Lakeview Community Beach.
Other attractions and activities include:
Quadding, dirt biking or hiking on Crowfoot Mountain.
Albas Falls Park is amazing. Several massive waterfalls in succession cascading down the mountain side to the beautiful beach below.
Visit Roderick Haig Brown Park filled with trails near the Adams River where the salmon return to spawn.
Silver Beach is a beautiful sandy beach at the end of the lake. House boats visit this beach all summer.
Scotch Creek is just 20 minutes drive away. Amenities there include stores and gas station as well as Shuswap Provincial Park with its beautiful sandy beach, boat launch and camp ground. There is the Creekside Family Fun Center with its arcade, mini golf and restaurant. The Park Store is a great place to go for ice-cream cones (this is a beautiful evening tradition for our family).
